I was charged two times for a dolly. I was charged for furniture pads though the lady at the store informed they didn't have any. The drivers door has a key broke off inside of the lock so you have to unlock from the passenger side and climb through. The passenger side mirror does not hold itself up and points down at the ground. The truck has a very shake (possible suspension issue) when you reach 70 mph. The staff were friendly enough but their system was having serious issues and took a while to complete the pickup. My lowest rated experience of any Uhual I've rented to date.Rhyon W.

the appliance cart and the blanket were not in the truck and I had to wait for an hour get equipped. the management is very poor. the gas was only a quarter filled. absolutely not a good idea. worst Uhaul ever.JEONGDAE I.
Found several cockroaches in the bed of the truck after we had started loading the truck. Not what we wanted.William P.
When we returned our truck rental to this location, it was raining. We were asked to take a picture of the mileage and gas tank so they didn't have to go out in the rain. The photo showed we were returning the truck with the same level of gas we had rented the truck with. The lady at the counter agreed the gas level was correct and asked us to park the truck in the back of the facility, which we did. She said we would receive an email with our final contract. Upon receipt of the final contract, we had been charged for fuel and an additional fee saying we did not return with the proper level of gas. It took me two days to get through to U-Haul customer service in order to get this straight. Thank goodness we still had the photo and sent it to them. While they did refund the incorrect charge, the entire start to finish rental process was awful. We do not recommend U-Haul for truck rental.PATRICK W.

There was a lock on the truck and we could not open back roll up. This worked out ok but I could see that being a problem for someone. We called UHaul and a combination was given. I don't know if this is a common default combo as it seemed or not. But if so I could see this being a problem. I hope it is not common throughout all UHaul locks.RODNEY H.

There's an overcharge to me. Gas level was about half( I have a picture) after I drove, I bought gas $10(I have receipt), then it was at the same level( I took picture again) but on the bill I was charged full gas fee, 17 gl, and service fee. Are you cheating people? I want somebody to correct this mistake and let me know!sebahattin G.

Mostly I prefer local stores to support their businesses. But this time I did a huge mistake. There were three trucks at the store. I got the worst one. Engine with lots of noises. The paperwork said the tank is 1/4 full. But it wasn't. It was below that level. When I want to bring back the truck, I put two gallons of gas on the truck. I return the truck to the store exactly with the same level of gas. Later I saw the store charged me for fueling gas charge + 6 gallons of gas. Still, I convinced myself that is okay. Let's support the store. But I wanted to call them to mention these points to them. When I called the lady was not polite. She mentioned that the truck was not clean and I put gas on it. 6 gallon? C'mon. I swear to god, it was in the same condition I got it. This is why I am writing these comments. I am not satisfied at all.Bahram A.
The communication was incredibly poor. I was called a number of times after returning the Uhaul asking if I had returned to the same location. After the third call in 7 days I told the representative that they should be able to keep Track of their vehicles.Taylor R.

Made reservation online. Upon arrival to pick up truck, staff could not figure how to process check out so took 30 min. to set up new walk in reservation. When returning, lady at desk just took keys and said â€œyou are all set, thank youâ€. I expected email receipt. Got nothing. Get call from UHaul 2 days later, asking when I would be returning truck because staff simply dropped key in drawer, never processing return. Lady from UHaul office stated this is location they have problems with.DAVID S.

Too many non uhaul postal customers. Employee helpful and tried to contact uhaul but they, uhaul, didn't answer. She couldn't solve issue that, to correct, forced us to spend an hour on phone with uhaul customer service.Jaswinder R.
