I paid for a Utility dolly, which wasn’t there. I reported it on the check in process, but still got charged for it.

CHRISTINA SEnforce your sign stating there’s a fee if not returned clean. Then clean it yourself because you earned that fee. The van was dirty at pickup after hours. The pick up process was great yet long.
Margaret IThe check in process was not easy. Once I went inside it was slow and without so much as an acknowledgement the salesperson waited on the person after me without saying do you mind if I take her first and that is after I had waited 10-15 minutes for the people in front of me. Mind you that was after 15 minutes of trying to do the online check in. Also 1995 is misleading when you charge an exorbitant amount for mileage and I have to bring it back full. Gouging!!!
