Tell people that if you return it while they are not open there is a $20 penalty. With all the photos and steps you have to take either way this charge makes zero sense!

FRANKLIN OThe poor kid that got the trailer for us did not seem to know what all he had in the way of equipment. He also failed to provide away for me to hook up the lights. (The last place I went to actually provided an adapter for my truck to use with their trailer. I of course had to return it after I brought the trailer back.) The lights did work on my trailer, the inside of the trailer was not completely clean but my biggest problem was the fact that I was rented a trailer that had problems with a tire. Roadside assistance did a wonderful job of getting a repairman to my location to replace the tire. But it cost me a lot of time having to wait for it to be fixed.
Diana PMy original location that I chose to pick the truck up called2 days before my reservation date to inform me the location didn’t have a truck so they moved it to Sperry, an additional 4 miles from my original location. That means I paid for extra mileage that I should not have been charged for. Then, when we got to the place to load the truck, I couldnt open the lock. No one put the combination on my paperwork. Very frustrating!!! Then, after the truck was dropped off, they called me to find out the combination. It’s your lock, it should be in your system!!! NOT happy.

Cheryl GThe mobile check in process was fairly easy. We did have an issue at pickup with the correct truck not being available, but it was fixed in minutes. We had scheduled to pick up our truck before business hours, and within minutes of the location opening we received a call from the site manager to make sure we got everything we needed! This location was amazing and I would highly recommend it!!!

MICHAEL FGive them the correct trailer. I was issued a 'dirty dispatch' according to the drop off location. I was called three times after I dropped the trailer off that the trailer had not been received only to find that the trailer on the contract was not the trailer I was given. Then I was told by the drop off location and the customer service person that called me that it was ultimately my fault as I did not double check the trailer number. I told the customer service person that I had a reasonable expectation that the pick up location could adequately do their job and the answer I received was "People are human. Human's make mistakes". I was also told I could be financially responsible for the trailer. POOR customer service all around. Uhaul is lucky they are the main game in town.
