My original location that I chose to pick the truck up called2 days before my reservation date to inform me the location didn’t have a truck so they moved it to Sperry, an additional 4 miles from my original location. That means I paid for extra mileage that I should not have been charged for. Then, when we got to the place to load the truck, I couldnt open the lock. No one put the combination on my paperwork. Very frustrating!!! Then, after the truck was dropped off, they called me to find out the combination. It’s your lock, it should be in your system!!! NOT happy.
