The truck we rented was very dirty, poorly maintained and definitely not worth the money. The floor was filthy. The check engine light was on and the check gas cap light was on. When this was brought up to the associate, he just said it was normal for the truck. The engine had a terrible rattle as well. In addition, the truck was buried all around with snow, top to bottom, because, despite it being rented, no one who works there could bother to prep it properly for a renter. We spent over $200 for a very crappy truck we rented for less than 6 hours. We feel completely ripped off and will never use this Uhaul again.

Trailer was frozen to the ground. Door was frozen shut. Employees were absolutely no help at all and were so annoyed that they were asked to help. Definitely will be picking up from other locations from now on

Tires on the trailer were not properly inflated. One tire was at 35lbs and the other three were at 55 lbs. All of them should have been at 65lbs. Because I have a compressor at home, I was able to properly inflate them for my 1950 mile trip.

Have the U-Haul ready for them! We were just told to go pick out a trailer and then left to hook it up ourselves, which my wife & I were barely able to accomplish. Plus we got filthy trying to connect everything.

Trailer plug was sitting in the dirt/mud, we cleaned it to make the lights work. They did not know where the trailer was and told us were to look. Said once hooked up come back to the office so they could verify it was done correctly, which consisted of taking. Picture of my license plate only.

I selected this location then it was changed to Sebeka (40 min away) from where I was staying. So dropping there was 90min out of my way. Worked with customer service and then traffic to change back to Park Rapids.

Change the features in the app. When I reserve something in a specific location, I NEED that specific piece of equipment at that specific location. Transferring to a location that adds 200 miles to my travel is not acceptable (100 mile round trip for me to get to the location, and 100 additional miles on the truck). If you can’t guarantee the location/equipment then state that in the app and let me decide next steps.

The location was absolutely fantastic and workable through all the issues that came about.
The uhaul customer service messed up my reservation. They have charged me triple of what my reservation initially was supposed to be.
There was food in the truck when I initially attempted to pick up the truck. But that was quickly rendered.

I had originally rented this vehicle for three days, however, because it drove erratically and DID NOT feel safe to drive, I returned it within 24 hours. This was reported to the vendor.

We requested he check the vehicle and he refused. His reply was I don’t get paid to do that. We had filled the fuel to over the amount of pick up and then he charged us for 2 gallons of gas. Very poor!
