Change the features in the app. When I reserve something in a specific location, I NEED that specific piece of equipment at that specific location. Transferring to a location that adds 200 miles to my travel is not acceptable (100 mile round trip for me to get to the location, and 100 additional miles on the truck). If you can't guarantee the location/equipment then state that in the app and let me decide next steps.

They have charged me triple of what my reservation initially was supposed to be. There was food in the truck when I initially attempted to pick up the truck. But that was quickly rendered.
