This was absolutely the worst experience that I’ve had. Not with the location itself, but U-Haul as a whole. I ordered my U-Haul from Wadena and they made me pick it up from Park Rapids and I also had to drop it off at Park Rapids. This is an extra 80 miles I had to pay for and fuel. This also affected the time and schedule that I had created when I had in mind ordering this. Using a 26 foot truck is expensive and making me jump through all of these hurdles was unreasonable when I was allowed to order it from the location that I needed it.

This was our first experience with UHaul and we were very happy with it
