The gentleman who came out to help to record my return of truck & trailer was very nice and professional! Very quick and efficient!!! ( I really appreciated that after a long trip) I have returned vehicles before and was pleased with their service!!!

PATRICK MNot Parker Quik Lubes, problem, but I was able to make it with 2 days to spare on my reservation. I was unable to get any of my money back even through I dropped off my Uhaul early. I think that’s a bit of a weird one.

MICHAEL SI am not happy that the $8.00 insurance charge that I declined when making my reservation on-line, was added back on to my credit card charge. WATCH YOUR BILL! Otherwise the rental went well as expected.
WILLIAM BMy reservation was for a different location. As a complete failure in uhaul, I had to drive and additional 40 minutes (after driving 39.minutes to the first) location. Parker Quick Lube was fine, it was the part leading up to going there I am very unhappy with.
WILLIAM BThe location I originally booked was 5 minutes from my house. I arrived and they said I had to go 40 miles and pick up the truck. I booked directly with that location and no one called and told me I had to go to another city. This was EXTREMELY infuriating
Robyn BI was charged 2.24 for 2 extra miles even though the gas tank was at 1/2 when only needed to be 1/4 - we were not sure of the mileage we would get when gassing up at pickup time. Miss the old days when started with a full tank and that was where you returned it. I wasted a lot of money.

William PWas overcharged for the insurance originally. When I asked to buy the insurance at the original price quoted the uhaul representative said to take it ( the higher price) or leave it. Very rude. Very uncalled for. After an hour on the phone I finally got the insurance I was quoted from a different representative. Parker quick lube was fine it was your uhaul representative that he had to call that was the problem

Catherine GU-Haul app wouldn’t recognize my location very difficult to self check out. Place was closed took me over 40 minutes and finally employee walked out headed home and he took care of it on his end otherwise not sure what I would have done. Yes I had my location device turned on my phone.

Wendy RThe employee at this location did everything he could to help me. What happened was not his fault. If prices have changed then corporate should be giving this information to their employees in a timely manner and the website should also be corrected, but corporate never I repeat never said anything about a rate increase only that "she worked there and she was telling me it's .99 a mile" and kept repeating so how much did I think I was over charged when I would tell her I was charged an extra .60 a mile she'd say no I wasn't because it's .99 a mile so at .99 a mile what did I think I was over charged ok so even at .99 I was charged a $1.00 a mile even the manager at the corporate office would not admit I was over charged. Money is tight these days and for this company to be allowed to falsely advertise and tell their employees to quote prices that are not what you'll be charged is not right or legal it's fraud plan and simple. The manager at the corporate office should be fired she told the drop off location to have me call my pick up location I did they at no fault of theirs was not given any information that would explain why, but when I talked to the corporate manager she insisted I was not over charged by .60......
