The U-Haul app needs work. I was unable to start the pickup process through it nor was I able to start the return process through it. I had to do everything through the website, which is fine, but everything kept referring me to the app - that didn’t have the actions available I needed.

Trent LThe workers were not helpful. They didn't use confirmation number to pull current reservation. We arrived before our pick up time but the worker made a snarky comment about the time once we arrived. Would not recommend this location due to the customer service.
