I got pickup truck and used only 20km . I also filled gas in that and then they charged me $13 extra. I paid $52 only for 20 km for pick up truck for 1 hour. Plus filed 10$ gas in that. Total $62. Very poor service.

Difficulty with the app. Froze at one spot picking it up, couldnt take any before pictures. When returning had to take pictures: took mulitple++ of the same photo before it would accept on the app. Difficult spot to park the uhual on return. There was a maschettee found behind the drivers seat when returning the vehicle as well. Overall satisfied, worked great :)

Allow additional hours post 24. For example, if I need the trailer for 30 hours, allow me to pay for 30 as opposed to 2-days(48 hours).

The service was great and very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the strong smell of cat urine in the location and advising those who may have allergies ahead of time of animals in the storefront.

The gas tank on the vehicle was 3/4 full and we were told to leave it the same. 3/4 of a tank is very awkward and we ended up filling the whole tank with gas 100$ which was very expensive. I feel we should be compensated for 25$ as we left the tank full and we returned the truck early

This is a curious one because service was excellent but trailer prior to our use had been used to haul hay or something with a manure odour … I don’t fault the Belleville location because how do you control what people haul? However we were hauling older upholstered furniture and it’s concerning RE odour transfer …. Not sure who would haul this type of material in only a small 5x8 trailer space …? It certainly was annoying I will be sure to inspect the inside of my next rental not just the outside & refuse in future a trailer which carries smells like this. Thank you , Tom 416-200-5733

I would highly recommend this U haul company located at 17 Parker Street, Belleville.They have an awsome and friendly staff that will accommodate to your moving needs,also other moving equipment as well. They have reasonable rates and the equipment is very well maintained. I have been using their services for the past few years.

Both representatives were pleasant, friendly, well groomed!! and especially helpful in recommending a more effective and economical unit for our needs. saved us some money and possible grief!!.. obviously well trained and experienced.... very unusual in these days of declining personal service across most industries. Keep them!!
