The personal is very friendly, no complaints, but lately, the trailer are no clean, I spend 45 minutes cleaning all the snow on the trailer

Well the 1-800 customer service misinformed us and gave us a enclosed trailer without ramps which she said had them we had to swap trailers for an open one which caused a lot of time since we only had it until 2p my cell is 905-431-0081 if you want more information the location in belleville was wonderful but not ordering through 1-800

Snow tires, in winter, would be of benefit for trucks rented in Canada, as mine slid and became stuck in about 2 inches of snow in a driveway. I appreciate that the vehicle was licensed in Arizona, but driving conditions are considerably different in central Canada.

300 dollars to rent the u haul, this day and age way too much money. I went 8km over my set mileage and was an extra 50. Brought it back 2 hrs early as well w no deal. 98 dollars to fill the tank as well. **** this place

The truck did it's job, that's really all one can hope for in a rental. It was the staff that made this such a pleasant transaction. All of them were friendly, positive and professional. Even when I asked to alter my pickup time on short notice they accommodated me straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this location again. Highly recommended!
