I only drive about 8 to 10 kms in city and I gave it back within 3 hours. They took $124 which I think is too expensive. I can believe that they took $124 if I went out of town but for around 10kms its tooo toooo expensive.

There is no back light or no under light on the trailer . It’s very hard to find the end of the truck at night . When taken back it’s very hard .. if it possible fix some chase lights on the two sides

Cab smelled like someone was chainsmoking all the way between arizona and belleville. While driving cab creates a deafening sound vibration causing headaches over time. Other trucks dont do that.

Get the date correct when I booked it. I had to call back twice to get it fixed. The truck had very bad shocks and bounced all the way. Wasn’t much better when it was loaded either!

Keep on doing what you are . I have never experienced any problems with the Uhaul vechicles I rented through Parker Sreet Rental and Storage. 17 Parker st. Belle they are excellent .

I would recommend U-Haul and this particular distributor all day. I’ve used them eight times I think and they’re all perfect. For example, this last rental the computer system was down so they had to go MANUEL completely and yet they were so professional and I never felt put out one bit.

The check-in was quick, efficient. A great selection of vehicles. On the Google Map for this location, the street Highland Dr. which should be the access street to Parker St. has been permanently blocked off, so a bit of a run-around to get to the location; otherwise, everything was great.

It could not have been handled more efficiently. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The trailer was motorcycle trailer was connected and checked and I was gone. When I returned a few hours later, I called from the parking lot to let them know the trailer was back in their yard. No need for me to come into the store as they sent me the receipt via e-mail. All good! mj

I should say first that the staff was polite, helpful and professional, and the process of renting was easy and quick. BUT the site itself - the building that this location was in, was quite decrepid and it smelled very bad - like cats / cat pee, which is not surprising since I saw 2 sitting / sleeping on the counter, and my husband said he saw more. There were holes in the ceiling - it truly did not look like it would pass an inspection by a building inspector. They had the materials and the store well organized - but I would strongly recommend you look for a new location.
