I noticed that I was charged for fuel even though I filled the vehicle before returning it. I also want to report that the vehicle was not in good condition during my rental. The right-side mirror was broken, and all the doors were vibrating a lot while driving, which made the experience uncomfortable and concerning. Please look into these issues and let me know about the fuel charge adjustment as well as the condition report for the vehicle.

Our original pick up was in Madoc. We waited over an hour from our pick up time and they never showed up to let us in. Ended up calling 1800uhaul number and switched to the other location in Belleville. Meant alot more driving for us back and forth to Belleville instead of one trip it was three. Also when I returned the trailer I was charged.. 150 for the rental and didnt get my money back. The person at the counter was very non chalant about when and how I would get my money back. Basically told.me to call 1800 uhaul. He wouldn't explain it to me.

The windshield washer was not filled up. The tired are absolutely bald. In this winter conditions running the operations on the vans that are not properly equipped for winter is insanity. The van got stuck in 2 cm snow in the driveway! And our move day was not even the worst of the Canadian winter!

passenger side window wiper needs to be replaced, the steel was scraping the window as the rubber blade was worn out. I suggest the rental go in for a front end inspection as the steering was extremely loose.
