BRANDON LIt would benefit your customers on your small Ford Vans to know that they can save on fuel by turning off the Tow/haul mode when they are not requiring that mode not simply when roads are wet. I utilized the recommended fuel top up chart on the contract and it was accurate and helpful. Read your contract to save money, don’t guess.

ROY PThere was something very wrong with the trailer wheels. The trailer shook at low speed making it very load and causing damage to my items.
Nicola FEquipment dirty, ordered one unit and was going to be given something else. I specifically asked for the unit eith the picture on it saying, it fits a queen bed. Then was booked in and was going to be given an open cage unit. Spent extra time changing it. Then we needed an different hitch. I looked and knew we needed 6 " drop from the truck for Level. Instead, a 3" drop hitch was given, and before checking the length, staff screwed in the ball on the hitch. Then of course not dropped enough for Level, so wasted more time taking the ball off the wrong hitch and placing on a proper hitch along with refund and repurchaseing time. 45 minutes later when should of been 15.

ANDREW BCustomer Service was excellent! The team and the owner helped fix my wiring harness which the package instructions didn't describe properly. The only issue I had was the self check-in. The bar/QR code wouldn't scan properly, after hours. One of their service tech, that had helped fix the harness, happened by and offered to check me in in the morning. Great crew!

FRANCES CThis location was wonderful. Staff was so nice and made my pick up easy. Dropping off after hours though was a nightmare. Not at all this locations fault. But when you return after hours you have to use the U-Haul app which apparently was created by a toddler. This app extended my return time by 30 minutes because the photos it wanted would no load. The app was constantly freezing. I parked the truck at 5:30 and did not leave until 6:15 because the app took 45 minutes to check me out. It kept wanting photos of the entire truck which is fine, understandable. But not loading and an app that does not work made it extremely difficult. It was not my phone connection because I work in IT and have 5G, the app has a 1 star rating on the app store. Again this has nothing to do with the location. Parker Street Rental & Storage was Lovely and staff was great, truck was super clean, drove great, and made my move smooth. But I would recommend avoiding the app if you can.

MELAIN RI really think there is nothing I could add. Service was excellent and vehicle was clean...what more could one say. When in need, I will always depend on Uhaul.
BRANDEN TEven though Leslie at the Parker St outlet is awesome and helpful I can help but feel that head office could offer better one rates for cross country moves. The rate for our move was pretty much double what it was last summer. Leslie was able to get the rate cut but having us drop off in Lethbridge Alberta but the extra fuel and additional 10 hours of driving was brutal. U haul can do better.

GEORGE SI always use this specific location because they are very wonderful people who treat you well from the moment you walk through the door. They are friendly and go above and beyond to help you. when returning the equipment they look through it to make sure its not damaged, etc. and they always have a kind word. Love this location
