This location was good. Booking and picking up the auto transport was smooth. they were One common denominator when booking and picking up equipment at ANY U-Haul is that they want the customer to figure it all out on their own. When asked if they could help me load my car onto the auto-transport, the response was "I guess..." as if I do this often. Even after tipping the associate from the kindness of my heart, 10 hours into my move, I noticed my car SLIPPING more to the left while driving, inching closer to the edge, which was DANGEROUS. The right wheel strap was tangled and LOOSE. So, even securing the vehicle was done with the lowest effort possible at the location. U-HAUL, pay your staff properly so they actually look forward to coming into work and do a great job. This company needs to be EVEN MORE HELPFUL to their customers. Customer service needs MAJOR improvement across the board and across all locations. Standards need to be HIGHER.

The overall experience with the people working at the location on Parker was alright. I had made my reservation in the first place at the beginning of November and had ordered a cargo van. The first date of rental(November 22,2025), I was told there were none available and was given a 10 ft cube van.. The date of the first rental, I called back to ensure that I would have a cargo van not a cube van. The second date of reservation was changed to pick up on Herchiemer. Arrived to no one there and no cargo van. So I returned to the Parker Street location, where I was again told that there were none available. This being the second rental with the same issue, I said not this time. Communication is key. I should have been made aware of the issue ahead of time. So the staff at Parker Street seem to deal with this on a regular basis from what I encountered. The problem is with whoever owns these two locations. This is not fair to leave the staff to deal with unsatisfied customers due to someone overhead not doing there job. The staff themselves were good. I had asked for the owners name and phone number to make a complaint. It was not given to me.. I will be reaching out to find out who owns and operates these locations to ensure that this doesn't happen to other customers moving forward. Overall, very disappointed with whoever runs these locations. If the owner would like to reach out to me. I would appreciate it.

KIMBERLEY QFor one way travels please have more fuel efficient trucks available. Have done this trip with same sized truck and used half the fuel consumption. Truck consumption was averaging 35L per 100km, pervious truck consumption was 20L per 100km.
MATT HThe hours online stated that it would be open so I was surprised it was closed (may not have been updated?). Regardless, U-Haul's service online made it easy to drop-off wthout having to go back!
PAUL-YVAN BEveryone was very polite and friendly.The only problem was their internet connection or system they were using was slow( they had problems scanning drivers license had to repeat the process a few times) but the extra time there was filled with small talk and jokes so it wasn’t bad.

NORMAN SI only drive about 8 to 10 kms in city and I gave it back within 3 hours. They took $124 which I think is too expensive. I can believe that they took $124 if I went out of town but for around 10kms its tooo toooo expensive.

Was provided with the mileage package I wanted with the cargo van in order to make sure that my requested services/vehicle was provided to meet the needs of the move!
