Parkrose's rental desk was understaffed, surprising for a weekend. That said, Joseph gave excellent customer service with good humor despite busy-ness of desk.

Low tire pressure, gas lower than was listed on pickup. Also, UHaul kept switching my pick up location and switched my drop off location as well.

After waiting for one hr because the employee was stuck in traffic he rented me the wrong trailer and then he charged me twice . I live across the street but next time I’ll go elsewhere. Got charged twice after waiting for more then one hr

The customer service was the best uhaul experience I have had so far and I have rented many times. The representative was named Joseph and he deserves a raise, he went beyond to make sure my experience was a good one.

Very quick and easy pick up and appreciate the after hours Drop off option. The app had some issues when I was making the reservation, but that might’ve been more of a connection problem than the functionality of the app. It might be beneficial to test the app.

I am a little torn on this location. Great location to our storage unit, but when I came to pick up the 20 foot truck at 9:00 am, no one there to man the counter until 9:20 am. Frustrating. Lastly, when I picked up the truck it only had a 1/4 tank, which meant I had to fill the tank before I left for my 90 mile destination and fill it again before I dropped it off.

I used the U-Haul app to schedule a trailer rental at Parkrose Hardware in West Linn. The app made it easy and payment was already set up from my profile. The staff at Parkrose were friendly, helpful, and assisted in a timely fashion. I called to let them know ahead of time that I would be picking up the trailer 2 hours later and they adjusted the reservation and extended the rental for 2 hours. The trailer was clean and set up for me to pick up. I did not bring my 7 prong adapter for the trailer light hook up. The rental manager loaned me one from the store at no charge. Thank you Parkrose! Highly recommended.

The staff in Rentals at Parkrose Hardware made it very easy to reserve a U-Haul Cargo Van, and Joe was also very helpful in checking the Van in. It's also nice that there is a U-Haul location at this West Linn Parkrose Hardware store so one does not have to travel a long distance to get a Van.

Everyone that works there is great especially Joseph. He’s the one that helped me and then another gentleman helped on the return. Everything was great except for they need to clean the Cab area because it was really dirty where people put their feet and it’s kind of muddy a little bit, and the back was had some mud in it too. They were very nice and accommodating perfect. Yes I would use them again. Definitely thank you guys. Appreciate all your work and your help.

I drove the truck 13 miles total and ended up putting over 5 gallons of gas in the tank. There is NO way the truck was completely full when I got it. Even at 10 miles per gallon, that's 50 miles of driving. When I called to get help about it, the desk clerk told me they would definitely refund me some money, but he had to talk to his manager and then hung up on me. I called back three times and no one answered. Pretty shady so unfortunately I can't, in good faith, recommend them to anyone.

Quinn and Tyler were freakin awesome and very helpful. These guys know customer service!!! This is only minor but the windshield wooo hit a lot of bugs :) new van with only a few thousand miles, super smooth ride, in and out super quick, but really stress how awesome the team was 5 stars easily

Was charged 29.75 for mileage charge,on 17aug,now 27 Aug got charged an additional 177.00 ,for 200 miles driving that's crazy

There was no one available to assist at the counter. It took numerous attempts over a period of 10 to 15 minutes to gain the attention of a CSR to assist us with our rental.

The truck showed a setting for air conditioning but then when I put it at that setting, it clearly was just regular air, not cool air. I ended up sweating a whole lot...please fix the air conditioning such that it works! Thank you! Also, the attendants are notoriously out-to-lunch at this location; meaning, we have to wait a long time for someone to come to the desk. I had to find another worker or manager to contact someone to attend to us. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. It makes me not want to rent a truck from here next time; in fact, I'll probably rent from Penske at Home Depot in Oregon City because they were more attentive and the trucks actually have air conditioning.

Disappointed that I was charged a $10 licensing fee that wasn't on my original estimate, and seems way too much $. I mentioned it, was told nothing could be done. UHaul should not add a brand new fee that wasn't on the estimate when I reserved the truck. Not fair.

Gas wasn't full when we left with the Uhaul and we ended up having to put in 11 gallons when it should have been closer to 4-5. I was told the only thing that could have happened was the gas was siphoned. This is my second not great experience with the same location in less than a year. Last year I rented a uhaul and had to wait close to 3 hours for their systems to come back online in the middle of a moving weekend. I was promised a credit which was never issued. Will probably refrain from using uhaul in the future.

This location is really great! . I have stopped renting from the UHAUL location on Northeast Sandy in Portland some of the staff have attitude problems. Park Rose hardware uhaul location in West Linn is fabulous as staff is always friendly

Waited 15 minutes at the counter before anyone was able to help me. I asked two different associates to call someone to help before I finally got help. I had a 15’ truck reserved, and they didn’t have one available. I asked for a size bigger since they didn’t have the size I reserved available, but they were only able to provide a 10’ truck. I had dollies reserved thinking I would have a big truck with a ramp. There was no ramp on the 10’ truck and I was unable to get a refund for the dolly reservation. I asked about the TWO 20’ trucks that were sitting in the parking lot, but they were “reserved”. Did I not have a reservation? One of those 20’ trucks was sitting in the lot all day and was still there when I returned the 10’ they gave me after 3 extra unplanned trips (during which I passed this uhaul location each time staring at the 20’ truck).

U-Haul corporate office and this location did not have updated hours, which caused confusion with my rental location. Because of this I had to made multiple phone calls, and my confidence with my reservation was reduced.
