Danny SThe "App" check-in experience was infuriating, even though it was marketed as a quicker easier way to complete the rental process while not having to go inside the store. I would consider myself more technically savvy than most, and even so, I spent nearly 20 minutes refreshing app errors, taking pictures, contacting relatives to see if they'd be available to take an identity verification call (can't you guys just do a freaking credit soft pull or something??), and chatting with unresponsive CS. And then after all that, I still had to go inside the store and talk to a clerk to get the key. If I ever rent with Uhaul again, I'm never ever ever using the stupid app check in. Just a miserable experience. And I was charged for gas even though I brought the vehicle back with MORE gas than I picked it up with (as proven by the drop off images I took) but I'm too exhausted with the process to bother pursuing that for $12.
Jim DThe gas tank was not full and i thought itook a picture of the fuel gauge when. I posted the other pictures. When I returned the vehicle, the representative stated it was not her problem and to take it up with U-Haul.
