JULIE SWe actually never met the folks at this location because we did a night drop-off. Night parking is cramped and poorly marked. We finally parked in a no parking area because nowhere else was provided.

Earl MI'm terrible with names but the Two gentleman that were there when me and my friend ran into issues helped me out a lot and hooked me up for all the trouble I was going through and dealing with that day, there customer service was fantastic and I appreciate their patience and help throughout the whole time I spent there.

ROY WWe were very disappointed that the vehicle broke down and it took Uhaul a long time to retrieve the vehicle. Then you charged us for dropping it at a different facility. 👎🏼 John was very helpful though to remedy everything. We are very appreciative of the guys at Parkside Storage!
JOSE KI ended up having to take the trailer to another U-haul location because one of the tires had some bad spots and I didn't want to worry about a blow out far from home. They were quick and courteous in changing it out but wish it had already been taken care of before I rented. Other than that the Parkside Storage was friendly and effecient and I had no other issues with the trailer.
Mace HMy keys to my Uhaul was not in the box, so I had to wait until the manager could come to bring me the key. That unfortunately put me behind on moving by an hour. Thankfully the manager was very kind and apologized, but again, this was not helpful for my moving experience.

John MYou could start by firing John, he's ruining your company's reputation in this city. Also, maintain your vehicles properly. The transmission was slipping so bad I thought I was going to wreck.

David TThe U-Haul computer system keep me and your employees hanging and waiting for exorbitant amount of time. It is the single most drag on my experience with U-Haul. Employees are gree but the software techn9logy plain sucks. One time, I was left on hold for over 90 minutes at your location at Tiffany Square in Colorado Springs. Disappointing. Now many of your executives would put up with this? Please update your computer technology both online and at Pount of Sale. Its pathetic!!!
SCOTT BThis is not my first time using Uhaul, just my first time leaving a review. I've used uhaul many other moves but the customer review wasn't a thing those times. I'd give 5 stars but we had an issue which got resolved. I went to a location that was on the receipt only to be told once I got there that the 26' truck we rented was at another location. Overall, I was satisfied with the rental as I usually am when I use Uhaul. The moving helpers when you go through uhaul's website is very helpful. My wife was able to get movers within 3-5 hours that day. Of course it's not cheap when you're paying $120 or higher per hour. Helpful non-the-less because the heavy furniture isn't going to move itself with one person.

steven GThe 2 guys who worked the front dest today should get promoted and their own tv show! I've rented from Uhaul so much in my life and it's always a pain in the ass. These guys were friendly, fast and just hilarious. I rented the truck to dump some old fence post and they helped me find the nearest location. Honestly I'll rent again from them to see them in action. They are a great team and really enjoy working at that location/company. Great hire Uhaul!

Yuting HAlthough it has become less burdensome as I continue to repeat-rent, the paperwork requirements at U-haul are excessive. Previous to renting from U-haul I rented from another outfit. There they would just see me walking up to the desk, hand me one paper to sign and that was it! The reason I switched to U-Haul is their prices are lower and their equipment better maintained.

Caleb MJohn and Sebastian were so helpful. They were very pleasant and had the pickup truck ready earlier than scheduled. The truck was full of gas, very clean, and they allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot. They also have funny signs in the bathroom for guests and it made me laugh! My issue is, which I did not knock the rating down for because this is not John and Sebastian but really a U-Haul rule, is that you cannot tow with the pickup truck. There is a tow hitch, but a lock on it. I did not notice the lock until I got back to the house with the pickup truck. I called John and he was super nice explaining that you cannot tow with the Uhaul pickup unless it is a uhaul trailer. I do feel this is misleading on the website when you rent the pickup because it states that there are tow hitches on all pickup trucks...so one would assume you could tow with it- responsibly of course! I understand there are weight limits with towing and I would be responsible. This was just super frustrating because when all was said and done it was 130.00 for a rental that I could not use. Again- not upset with John and Sebastian but the Uhaul policy.
TRACEY CDealerships seem to be doing a great job. Overall U-Haul customer service at the 800 number was bad and the corporate policies of in town only and in state only rentals defies logic. Why would you limit your equipment and the ability for people to rent and use your equipment with these ridiculous restrictions?
