It took me three different locations, cancelling an expensive one I didn’t order and got me on the road a 1/2 day late. Extra gas and mileage to get one. The second place had uhaul but no one there and it was supposed to be to be open 3 hrs prior. Thank goodness the 3rd place someone brought back. I have always use uhaul for years and never had issues like this.
