Dont charge a customer for two sessions when they only did one and make sure your equipment is working properly.
Juan GLocation is unorganized... My reservation was somehow taken by another person and My card charged several times. Location didn't know how to fix and instead of escalating, told me some bs as of the problem would fix itself. I woke to my card charged for the reservation I had to remake AND the reservation that belonged to the other person.
CHRISTIANNO CI have rented from you onetime in the past, as well as recently. I would not recommend U-Haul to my friends. I have had hidden charges as well. Most recently, my time was misstated on the return of the truck and so I was charged an additional day and I was not happy. I will now be using one of your competitor, for any future hauling needs.
SHARON MThe specific truck I rented had driving stability issues that felt dangerous - I was not comfortable to drive on the highway. The gear shifter also did not function correctly when putting the truck in park.

JOSEPH DI reserved a hand truck but when I got to the Sunoco they didn't have one. I had to call customer service and they directed me to another location who told the rep that they had a hand truck but they didn't have one either. The inside of the cargo portion of the van was not clean and there were personal items left in the passenger door compartments.
Margaretha LThat gas station owner did not minion anything about extra charges. When I see the receipt in details later, total 64 dollars was deducted but why? Total miles was bellow then 10 miles! He said nothing about those extra charges! I had rented UHAL last time but the guy had explained everything! Checked the miles before we moved and checked upon arrival and also insurance, he had asked to me! I need my refund because nobody pays 64 dollars for less than 10 miles!
GOPAL SNothing! The overall experience was amazing. Every UHAUL customer service representative was so nice, helpful, and accommodating to my needs, especially because we had to keep rescheduling the pick up times. This was my first move and I was so stressed but they made it so worth it. The reps continued to follow up with me, and ensure that it was a smooth process. When we arrived to the Sunoco Gas station to pick up the truck we were greeted by two amazing men who got us squared away and finished the reservation process. The app was confusing so he processed everything himself on his end. The ensured that we were all set, showed us where to pick up the Furniture pads, dolly etc. He was the best! Thank you so much for everything!

CAROLYN PI was scheduled for 7:30 AM pickup and did not leave the parking lot until 8:30. This store owner / employees fail to use the key lockboxes for pickups. This wouldn’t be an issue if the store had a tenant, but they don’t seem to open before 8 AM. Either don’t accept reservations before 8AM OR use the key lockboxes that are right in front of the exit door. It looks bad on me, to my customers, when I don’t show up when I say I will.

SULMAN MRental Truck was in poor shape with a busted side mirror that was held together by a cord.
ANTHONY AWhen I picked up the truck, it immediately gave me a low tire pressure warning. I had to stop and fill the tire, something I thought should have been checked before the truck was given out. As I was driving it, the transmission sounded like it was going to fall out, every time it changed gears. Again, didn’t seem well maintained. I had ordered a hand truck when I made the reservation. When I got there, the attendant said they didn’t have any hand trucks, but did have furniture movers. Well, I didn’t need one of those.

JOHN WThe truck I rented had serious mechanical issues, either with the engine or transmission—I’m not sure which. It was extremely loud, felt like it was on the verge of breaking down, and struggled to go up inclined roads. Additionally, the truck was missing essential equipment, such as a dolly and furniture covers, which the U-Haul location had assured me would be included.

JOSEPH Creserved 15' Uhaul with a dolly. Upon arriving at location was informed they have no dollies and they have no 15' trucks. employee very rude claiming "I do not work for uhaul". Refilled with gas but still charged for gas. **WILLL NEVER USE THIS UHAUL LOCATION EVER AGAIN**
JOSHUA ARental was supposed to be 24 hours, due to a medical emergency the truck wasn’t used after the initial pick up. No one was able to retrieve the truck for me while in the hospital, even though U-Haul was contacted to inform them. $60 trip is not over $300 for under 6 miles driven

He kept yelling that he had been trying to call us and he was going to candle our reservation because we were late, but in f at he hadn’t tried to call us and we were early. He assumed we were his 10 AM rebating when we’re there for a 10:30 pick up without e en asking for our names or confirmation number, and when he realized he was wrong he didn’t apologize.

JOSEPH CI was told that the gas was full, and I drove off, but after I drove a few miles, the arrow showed that the gas was already low. at the end of the trip I spent $39 on gas at a price of $3.1 after driving 51 miles and I realized that the gas was not full when I picked up the truck, it is a regular 10 foot truck, I never left the engine on. also when I left the truck, I was charged $9 for 2 gallons extra, but at the place where I left the truck, I filled the tank to full, the gun automatically turned off. I felt as if I had been robbed

Dori WMany of the other reviews noted overcharging for gas. I had the same experience. I drove it 17 miles, and I was charged $48 for gas. The gas station employee walked up to me while I was filling the tank and told me where to park it when I was done. I can't help but think this is not an honest mistake. Uhaul corporate helped fix the situation, but I would not return to this service location. Lastly, there was lumber in the truck when I picked it up.
