Tire light on and side view mirror moved while driving. Rental owner was aware of tire and waiting for U-Haul to fix. Rental agents were very helpful and accommodating!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was clean and easy to drive. Didn’t need a boo fat and was perfect for my move. Clerk was very friendly and helpful as well
Kelly DI don't have anything to compare it to, as I have never rented a U-haul before. It was very convenient to our home to pick up which I very much appreciated. My son drove the van and got quickly accustomed to it. I didn't know I would have to take so many pictures before departing. I was happy to pay the $30 optional insurance fee, just in case, but I've no idea how I would feel if it had to be enacted. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience unless anything changes.
