The mat of the 9’ van (in its storage area) had dried dirt on it. The personnel are great though; I left a file with personal information in the van and got a call so I could come pick it up.
Phillip TThe app was very frustrating to use. I had to fill out the same information three times, and I didn’t actually need it to pick up or drop off the truck. Everything else was great, but the app was a waste of time.

Michael GThe truck I originally wanted to pickup from there was not at this location. I did not find out that the truck was at a different location until the night before which was inconvenient since this location was picked specifically for the proximity to my house. Then a smaller truck ended up costing me twice the amount of my original booking price. And when I was moving my furniture, there was a leak in the U-Haul which caused for my furniture to become soaked by the time I got to my destination.
