Order the truck and dolly. Got there there is no dolly that I ordered. I had to go get the dolly at a different location with my car. Came back and got the truck at 9:30am. It looks like it charged me for 2 days of rental as the truck was retuned by 6:20pm. When you order something at the location it should say if they have the available dolly or not and not allow you to pick it. Don’t sent the customer to a different location to get what they ordered. The bed of the truck was clean - the front of the truck was absolutely disgusting- a windshield wiper was on the floor and it was gross. I understand that it’s a moving truck but clean a little. I will never get a never truck from this location. If I have to pay more I will. I don’t think I should have been charged for 2 days of if I got the truck at 9:30 in my possession. One star for this!!! Never again.

I would only recommend if all they need is just the vehicle… they have no utility dolly’s or furniture dolly’s no furniture covers nothing at all so if you choose this location be prepared to have to go a purchase those things or rent them somewhere else

Make sure cigarette ashes are cleaned out of the vehicle in the cab area up around the window and the area where the healthy gas usage meter sits. There is an issue on the app where you cannot upload the pick up photos.

When I got there to pick up the vehicle, they did not have the moving pads nor the furniture dolly I requested and reserved. When I asked the cashier at the store if they were going to get it for me, he said that I would have to go to another location. I then asked why, since I had reserved the equipment? He said U-Haul constantly screws them and it is not his problem to deal with. The 10 foot truck late and my furniture got wet. Not sure I will ever rent from U-Haul again.

The truck was pretty dirty (incl. food/wrappers) and obviously not cleaned well between renters. It was very convenient to be at a gas station for the return. Store was very clean and staff very friendly.

Pickup was at a busy gas station with only one attendant, and the rental trailer was blocked in by a parked car. This slowed the pickup process, but the attendant did his best and it all worked out OK.

Had to drop off the Trailer at this location. We informed the attendant about the leaking trailer and the hitch issues. They didn't seem to care about the problems. My only complaints are that the trailer leaked and the hitch was hard to connect to the vehicle. A little WD-40 helped with the hitch, but it was still difficult to get onto the ball. It rained significantly during the trip, through multiple states. Thankfully I put all important items in totes, we used hard shell suitcases, and the items soaked in boxes weren't damaged.

just had a leak from damage top of uhaul when rain it came in and ruin my boxes on both sides of the truck where water came into the area from leaking roof

My experience was great. The only thing I would say is that the truck I had was hard to turn to start. The steering wheel locked and it was hard to twist a little and then it started. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will recommend this service to everyone else.

Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent rental experience I had with one of your trucks. I rented a U-Haul truck and discovered that the air conditioning was not working. This issue was particularly challenging as the temperature was 90 degrees outside. I contacted U-Haul four times regarding the malfunction, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution during my rental period. I returned the truck within 24 hours on Sunday at 4:15 PM and informed the U-Haul representative about the air conditioning problem. However, it appears that the truck return was not properly verified. On Monday, July 1, I called again to submit a formal complaint about the non-functioning air conditioning. I am awaiting a response to this complaint. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning, I am requesting a credit or partial refund for the rental. The conditions were very challenging, and I believe a credit is a fair compensation for the subpar experience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

The sales attendant (I forget her name) was phenomenal and very helpful. I had to change trailer size at the last minute and she really helped me out. Inly bad thing about the location is the traffic on 175.

The trolley I wanted was not available. The original location I had booked did not have the truck I ordered. I was only notified of this at 10pm the night before my pickup at 9am. The only truck available was a location over 20 miles away at 1pm. So I only had less than 1 hour to move my items. I was barely compensated for this and did not get the right amount of miles added after talking to the service representative Leanna. I have talked to 3 different people and no one was able to help me. I was just passed off to the next person. No one at this location could help me

Truck has a serious alignment issue or possibly a bad tie rod. It honestly didn’t seem safe to drive. The check-in process was slow, but the return process was abysmal. The employee who handled the return didn’t seem even to know how to process convenience store purchases (he took 4 of those in between trying to handle my return)—much less how to get the return process completed, which took a full half-hour.
