U Haul changed my pick up location from Odenton to Hanover the day before I needed it. Not a real big deal. The man at the counter was hard to hear and understand do to his accent and he is behind a plastic/glass barrier. The first thing he tells me is that he did not have the moving blankets which I requested when I reserved the truck. In fact, the truck did not have the pouch in the back of the truck. He did take that off of my bill. The truck had a cracked right hand mirror, the check engine light was on, the key in ignition chime would sound when the door opened regardless of the key being in or not. The front end of this truck felt worn out like it needed a drag link and tie rods or a new steering gear. I was not overly satisfied with this particular rental experience.
