The person running the front was difficult to work with, I tried explaining that i got a truck to small and was back in about 20 minutes and he still was trying to say i drove all 50 miles and wanted to charge me for the 50. I went 4 miles all together. The truck was great, but the customer service convinced me not to go back to that location

CARLOS GService was great at this location. The vehicle was as clean as it could be for its age, but it was OLD. In my opinion, it is near the end of its useful life. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have rented a uhaul in 2026 and both times I have had vehicle is very old condition.
