First thing, my location of pick up was changed last minute. Then I get there to pick up my trailer and it doesn't have a jack. I ask the staff where is the jack and they just reply with "they don't give us one". So now I am expected to lift up this heavy ass trailer by hand and put it on the hitch by myself. This is unacceptable. Do not rent an incomplete trailer to the public.

Disinfect trucks after each client use
Henrietta CThe person running the front was difficult to work with, I tried explaining that i got a truck to small and was back in about 20 minutes and he still was trying to say i drove all 50 miles and wanted to charge me for the 50. I went 4 miles all together. The truck was great, but the customer service convinced me not to go back to that location
