Way too much work and inconvenience when in a rush. Spent 30 minutes trying to pick up the truck due to app glitches. Then the drop off process takes 15 20 minutes with how slow and glitchy the app is. Definitely won't ever use truck share ever again. Horrible experienceDaniel S.

Where do I begin? I was not called the day before to confirm where to pick up my rental. When I called, I was told the location had been moved and that I would need to use the 24/7 app to get my truck since the location was closed on Saturdays. I was sent a link to register, which I did, however when arriving to the location the next day there were no further instructions and I was not given any codes to access my truck. I called my local Uhaul provider George and he tried calling the local manager to help. I attempted to contact customer service and was on a 20min hold to only be put on another 50min hold once the live agent answered the phone and told me I needed the truck rental team. After 1hr 45min of sitting in a hot parkinglot I finally got a call back from an agent who helped me get into the truck. Upon getting in the truck the cup holder was 1/2 full of some sort of chemical. The back of the truck was full of oily dirt that made the entire floor of the truck bed slippery and the loading ramp was like a slip n slide. This ended up delaying my movers 45min until they figured out a solution to load the truck not using the ramp. This caused extra delays and a larger cost for me in the end. Additionally I had pre-ordered moving pads and they were not provided. This lead to more delays since my movers had limited options of stacking my furniture and my personal blankets were used. I was told I wouldn't be charged for theses items and given a $50 credit for my inconvenience, but in the end the full amount was charged. I was given the corporate phone number to call and plan to once my move was complete. To say that I was dissatisfied is an understatement and made my moving experience worse than it should have been.1KRISTEN Z.

It was closed on Saturdays. It was in a not so great part of town. There was a bullet-hole in their window. I did not feel safe being a woman there, with her adult female child. I had originally requested another location but was redirected to this one. The truck was parked near a ditch behind the parking lot, so I had to stand in this ditch to unlock and gain access to the truck. The equipment had potato chips still in the cupholder.Marian S.

I can't think of any improvements needed the location is easy to access, Checking in online streamlined the process. The folks were friendly and took the time to help swap out the hitch ball when we discovered we needed the other one and the wrench I brought with me wasn't quite large enough. They even took the time to switch it back for my friend whose vehicle we were making use of after we returned the trailer. I doesn't get better than this. Thanks!Paul F.

Parkway Tire & Auto answered all of my questions and helped my move go over smoothly! We ended up needing to return the truck here as well rather than another location, so our rates were affected and needed to be amended afterwards. I wish there was a rate that included in-state use as a whole, instead of local versus one-way differences in price.
