the app kept kicking me out when it was time to take pictures of the rental. The location is closed on the weekend and the instructions for finding the keys were very unclear. I also requested an appliance dolly to be apart of my rental agreement, which it was and i paid for one. However, when i finally opened the rental, there was nothing inside. I had to drive 32 minutes to another location to pick one up myself.
