Frustrated that you can reserve a truck well in advance, arrive to pick it up (usually not at the location you requested) and they don't have the extra equipment you paid for and you have to drive somewhere else to get it. Either don't allow dolly rentals online, or only allow truck+ equipment pickup at places that have equipment always on site.
