they did not have the furniture dolly, the tuck was gross. I took pictures of the rag after just whipping off the seats and dash. Plus i had to pay for the dolly even though i did not get it. I expected better from UHaul.JAMES KEITH F.

Hello, I rented the truck as it was dirty with blankets (dirty) and new blankets in it. There were also 2 dirty mattress covers in it. When I arrived at storage I could not check in as they did not have the space that was advertised on uhaul website.. The closest storage they uhaul could provide as alternative was over hour in wrong direction so i ended up losing the first months rent off and then had to drive over hour to storage i could find in correct direction. Could someone call me to work out some compensation for my extra cost ( gas, travel miles, pickup car miles, no free rent first month and have to pay 20 dollars more a month for storage we did get. this was a rinky-dink gas station which had no other U-Hauls he didn't come out and check to see if I had the right amount of gas which I know I did he didn't come out to give me the okay everything's fine cuz he was a gas station attendant and he couldn't leave the counter anyhow very unhappy with this move at the beginning and at the endVicky S.

Teach your employees how to check out a truck. It took well over an hour for the young lady ( very nice ) to figure out who to call and how to get around in the new program that was just installed. I went to another U-Haul station and he gave me the number for the regional rep then had to go back to the original facility give her the number for her to call. Please teach your employees their jobs, I don't blame the young lady I blame U-HaulPatrick F.

When arriving to pick up my uhaul the process look a lot longer than average. 30 minute wait while the man was on the phone with a support technician to follow prompts on his laptop. Upon returning the rental my reservation wasn't recognized and I never properly ended the reservation.Lyndsey M.

Give them a vehicle that doesn't have the check engine light on. Also, not rip them off. I went 5 miles and I was charged for 1/4 tank of gas. I dd not get back correct change. I was ripped off and calling BBB.TRACI M.
I put a 100dollars deposit down just to Brandon and back n still had to pay nine more dollars I went to my first location to pick up the truck and they didn't even even had a truck there I was very upset and I will tell all my friends to take there business elsewhere I didn't even get no comprised for my troubleclarence R.

When I made my reservations, I called the Uhaul location convenient to my house. No one ever said I would be picking the truck up at a different location. I asked how early I could pick up the truck and was told someone would call me. No one ever called. I called the next day to confirm a time, again, no one said they changed my location. When I went to pick up the truck, the actual location was not very safe. The man who helped us had to lock the door in order to help us.Bonnie H.

I dropped off the truck at the 3 rd location I was given since my online booking. I chose the 4'th st st pete drop off location when I booked my Uhaul online. At pickup I was given a different location that I did not choose that was farther away printed on the contract sheet. En route to my new address I received a text and email for an entirely different location even farther away. Then I received a phone call from a phone number telling me to drop keys in the box on the side of the gas station building if I returned truck after 10 pm. My rental was for 24 hours and all of this transpired within the first few hours after pick up on 09/23/18. My truck was due back 24 hrs later. I returned the truck to the final location given before 8:30 am on 09/24/18 and the employee on duty at the gas station didn't know anything about the return or how to check in the rental nor did he give me any documentation for the return. I called Uhaul customer service to confirm and explain what was going on. My complaint and concern was documented and the customer service rep said I should receive a call no later than Tuesday 09/26/18. I have yet to receive any such call. My credit card was charged for an additional day and the store owner didn't arrive at work to check rental back in until after 11 am. Greatly displeased with this experience. Do not recommend drop off at this location!Jastasia K.
