These comments have nothing to do with the location. They were extremely kind and helpful. I was late going to pick up the truck. Due to unforeseen circumstances at the location there was no one there and I had to do the pick up online. With the help of the location, I was able to pick up the truck. What I don't understand is putting a time limit on the pickup time. I had reserved for 9AM, the site had it as 8AM. I found out that you close the online option after 30 minutes or so. I had the truck reserved for several hours. It shouldn't matter what time I come to pick up the truck. You don't know what made me late. Also there is not obvious indication when I reserved the truck that there is a time limit to the pick up time. If this is your rule then that needs to be VERY apparent at the time of the reservation. I have reserved trucks in person and no one has ever told me there was a time limit to the reservation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle that I rented needs the exhaust looked at it. You can't smell anything but it is very LOUD.
