I had originally been quoted $19.95 per day for two days which brought my quote to just under $40 for the two days. I had also originally selected that I wanted a pick up truck when I was reading the details on the rentals also said on there that there were unlimited mileage packages available, which I tried and tried to find it said it would be offered to me at checkout before I actually booked it and paid for it. I spent a lot of time trying to find this option because I really want it but it never gave me that option when I checked out instead it ended up charging me $1.29 per mile, which was ridiculously high. The whole reason I was wanting to book this vehicle through U-Haul was because I am broke and couldn’t afford anything more than that $20 a day. Once everything was getting checked out right before my credit card got ran the ballot somehow from $39 to just under $100 and that was before all the guesstimated miles got added on. It Miles initially. To pay for but enough I ended up using I think about 75 miles. when I went to pick it up and saw where I was actually getting was this huge V8 box truck! Not at all I was wanting to sing, went through so much gas so fast, I could literally see the gas gauge dropping while I was driving it on top of all these other expenses. I also dropped near $40 to replace the gas that I used before I returned it. I ended up returning the rental before the first 24 hours and was credited back to the $19.95for the one day I didn’t use but still even with that $19.95 credit. this thing still ended up costing me about $135! And that was just for one day! Plus the $40 I had to replace in gas so this deal that I was supposed to be getting for under $20 a day ended up turning into about a $200 ordeal! The truck itself was absolutely filthy the buttons for the radio to be able to change. The stations were busted and broken so you couldn’t change the stations on it. The thing felt like it was just falling apart. Every time I hit the tiniest little bump or unevenness in the road I was just very very disappointed in the entire experience. I had actually rented one of these deals. A couple years ago from U-Haul and had a pleasant experience with it. I actually paid the amount I was quoted and everything had gone smoothly. That was actually why I had considered doing it again, but man was it an awful experience! I literally feel like I got robbed And ended up adding to a whole bunch of financial problems for me instead of helping resolve them

The guy at this location is nice but somehow I got charged for 20 extra miles that I did not drive. He said I had went 70 miles when I only went 51.
