PEDRO TThe lady at the location had no idea how to do anything at all related to U-Haul rentals or returns.
Robert CI was originally supposed to pick up my truck directly from Uhaul, but when I was called the day before, I was told to pick up from a new location. My truck was not cleaned, there was food in the front and nasty sticky liquid in the cup holders. I needed moving blankets, which I was told I would be able to add on when I picked up the truck, but they did not have any. The guy that helped me was nice, but not very helpful with Uhaul needs- I wanted to set up drivers and asked about my drop off time but he did not have much information other than giving me the keys. There were 4 Uhauls in the parking lot and he just handed me the keys to my truck and basically told me to figure out which one was mine, he didn't walk me out. Every person that has been directly with Uhaul that I have talked to on the phone or in person has been incredible, so I was sad to have a bad experience at pick up. I definitely will not be picking up from a partner location in the future and would not recommend it to anyone.
ERIKA GThere was no person at this location. We called the number on the door and she told me to call U-Haul. We tried using the App and it was horrible. After we figured out how to get onto the App it still did not give us a code for the lock box. When we called U-Haul the gentleman who answered was very helpful. It took us 1 hour to complete the signing in and retreiving the key. The first lock box did not even have a key in it. The U-Haul customer service guy was great and the truck was clean and we had no problems. It was the location and trying to get a key for the truck that was the worst expierence ever.
