This location was primarily a convenience store and the clerk/agent continuously stopped helping me to help every customer that came in even though I scheduled an appointment for 4 p.m.. The process should've taken only a few minutes to complete however it took almost 30 minutes with most of it spent on waiting the clerk to get back to me. This was very rude and unprofessional not to mention wasted a lot of unnecessary time. The experience was the same when returning the vehicle. If this location will continue to rent trucks then they need to dedicate personnel to handle renters when they come and not be put on the back burner for every customer that came in after them..

Filthy store. Rude clerk. Truck ran like shit...like there wasn't a drop of oil in it. Was told my card wouldn't be charged until I returned. Ten minutes after I left with the truck I got a bank notification stating they were processing charges. Second time I've rented a truck there. Same results both times. Will never go back.

I arrived a few minutes early. The woman behind the counter was very short, rude, and acted nervous and confused. After I stated that I was here to pick up a truck, but that I also needed ice and a phone charger cord. She got my charger and rung that up with the ice. Then, she took the next customer in line. I realized I was a few minutes early so I asked will the UHaul person be here soon? She replied, "I do that. I do it all" or something to that effect. Then, She took the next customer in line. I was sensing a pattern here as two men came in to make a small purchase and hand in or buy lottery tickets. Then, I stated that I cannot wait for her to take every customer that comes in before me. She rudely told me that she has to take the customers that come in. Woah! I am a customer and I was renting a truck, making purchase, and even used her cash machine which charges an arm and a leg. So, after snapping that she's just going to take all customers that come in, I said, fine I will just complain to UHaul; because, you obviously can't treat their customers right while you're busy taking all customers before them that are buying little purchase. They can't wait but I have to? So, no. I will not go back to this greedy person's place of business again. I won't get gas there, I won't purchase anything; and, I most certainly, will NEVER EVER rent a truck from this NASTY woman or nasty place again. And, DIRTY doesn't even begin to explain the condition of her store. Shame, shame, shame. Hateful, nasty, and I'm sure she is the owner. Greedy, money grubbing, and self-righteous, indignant, and entitled. Zero customer service or smile.

The A/C didn't work!! Had a 2 hr drive across central FL that was extremely uncomfortable. It's stressful enough to move but the lack of A/C made it a really miserable experience.

I am used to renting from a very large uhaul service center that is extremely excellent. This was a small convenience store, but was convenient to my location and open on Sunday for a pickup. The clerk was not accustomed to the process but with some phone coaching from a supervisor managed to get me out the door with my trailer.

The vehicle runs extremely ruff, the side mirrors should be longer to give view if 15' roof of truck. Also local renters should not be charged 79 cents per mile with in a 50-100 mile radius. Next time I rent I will do more homework that benefits local renters

My only issue with this location was to received an email one hour after I dropped off the rental telling me to drop at a different location. I called that number and was told my reservation was still showing I had the truck. I called the place where I dropped it off and within five minutes I received another email with my receipt. Coincidence??

Reserved Truck 2 miles from house, then was sent 12 miles each way from house. Got screwed on mileage 24 miles before I started to move. Nice trick. You have lost my business forever.

Weird location. Not very convenient to be at a gas station. Only one worker and had to wait while she was assisting other guests even though I arrived first.

This site is sponsored out of a Citco Chevron food mart. It was not clearly identified as A Uhaul location from either direction. Signage, placard, logo recognition needs improvement.

#1. My reservation was not met. When I went to pick up my trailer it was not at the location I reserved it at which forced me to go over to the parthi food mart to pick it up. My reservation was at an actual U-Haul facility. When I mentioned to the worker at the U-Haul facility that I should be reimbursed the $50 for my reservation not being there he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about and refuse to help me. This caused me to be late. Which was a huge issue concerning I was leaving a domestic violence situation and was attempting to flee before my abuser arrived. When I went to the Food Mart to pick up the U-Haul, it was extremely busy due to the fact that it is a convenience store. The convenience store customers were continually put a head myself and several other U-Haul customers. There was only one person working at the convenience store. I was not the only person that was forced to come to this location because their reservation was not met. #2. I purchased my receiver for my hitch at the Rockledge U-Haul. I was specific as to which vehicle I would be using to tow with and which trailer I would be Towing. I asked the U-Haul worker to please assemble the receiver for me as the ball and everything was sold separately. He assembled it in such a way that it was a disaster when I picked up the trailer due to the fact that it was absolutely dragging on the ground. I could not find anyone in Melbourne to help me immediately and I was already running late! I was forced to drive up to Rockledge with a fully loaded trailer and have them help me! They were extremely accommodating and I will only refer people to that site due to the fact that there are no other Alternatives in the area.

Maintain the truck better. The alignment to the truck was way off. The dolly in the back do not have the proper green tag so they tried to charge me for usage. Likewise with the moving that did not have a green tag so they try to charge me for usage. Take pictures of the truck and all the equipment so you'll get charged. The location was good.

The place we picked up the truck from made a clerical error on our contract and didn't correct the error in the computer system. Parthi Food called the pick up location and worked with them to get the error corrected in the system so that I wasn't overcharged. Parthi Food was great!

Worst u haul experience ever! One employee there, selling gas and cigarettes, took over an hour to complete my paperwork. Returned to hook up car hauler, guy couldn't even lift the car hauler onto the hitch, and after I helped him, he attached one chain...then asked ME if it "looked right"!! Had to return to a REAL u haul to have the hauler hooked up correctly. Wasted a half a day on this rental. Again, worst experience ever!!
