MATHEW KThe clerk is rude. The van hasnt been washed. I had to clean the windows and mirrors so I could see. The vehicle was/is parked on a curb on the corner in the grass at a main intersection were there is great potential for an accident. Upon returning the vehicle close to 15 hours early and getting my receipt was told that I wasn’t being credited back for time not used and that if I didn’t fold the blankets that I would be charged. When said I thought you might wash them the clerk laughed (HE LAUGHED) and say “oh no we, we dont was the blankets”. WHAT?!?! GROSS!!! Never Ever again!!!!

David CSeat belt light and bell tone kept coming on even though I was belted in. The truck should have had built in rings or other way to use and anchor ratchet straps for tie downs. How does a cargo truck not have that? The app wouldn't let me complete check in and kicked me out at the point of naming my emergency contact. I had to go inside the store after all. An overall average experience.

kevin mRevamp the whole process and have better communication with in. And the uhaul app is a joke...also stop changing pick up and drop off location. Moving is stressful enough and you make it worse.
Dwayne JFirst, I was told I could not park in the parking lot. Which required me to drive home and then Uber back to the location. How can you rent trucks and not allow people to park in the lot. Secondly, when I received the truck it was just under a 1/4 tank. The paperwork stated it was at a 1/4 but it was close enough that I thought it was a non issue. Upon my return I filled the tank up at the gas station I rented the truck from to the exact same spot (right under a 1/4 tank) and then was charged $48 in fees. Complete BS that I was charged for that when I filled it up to exactly where it was. I really am hoping to get my money refunded. Last, the bottom sides of the seats were trashed, I threw away as much of it as I could to avoid receiving any blame for it. Overall a very poor experience, if I don't get my gas money charges back I hope to never use U-Haul again, especially not that location.

kathleen zDon't schedule a rental that requires a truck-share customer to return their rental before their contract time ends. Since my truck-share rental return time was after 9pm, I was told that my rental needed to be returned before the station closed, because they needed to be able to set up the key for the next customer. Don't tell customers that they can get credit for returning a rental earlier than their contract return time. Don't tell customers to not worry about filling the tank if it was only down by 1/8th. The attendant told me that he was about to close, had other trucks to check in, and dont worry about the gas since it was only down by 1/8th. However, after submitting a dispute for the gas charge, the area field manager was decent and honored me with a refund. DO tell customers to thoroughly read their contracts, fill the tank upon return, and take pictures of the In/Out mileage.

shane MI have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The van I rented was fairly new and in nice shape. I've seen more than a few aging wrecks still being rented.

Thomas Dmy experience was so so the person help me out alot however the steering wheel was so dirty and the lift gate was down it took me some time to see how to lift it I feel they need to clorox wipes inside the truck

Charlie PThe uhaul was broken, engine light on, the visor was broken and swung around the entire time and the seatbelt light was on and dinging even with seatbelts on. Was charged 102 dollars because i selected drop off at another location near me it let me book that then was told i had to drive it ask the way back resulting in more gas and miles used. Had to fill it up with 25 dollars on top of the 102.
