The tire on the U-Haul trailer did not appear to have been maintained properly. One tire had been replaced, while the other had not, and my understanding is that the standard practice should be to replace both at the same time. The older tire ended up blowing out while we were on a bridge with no shoulder to safely pull over, in the middle of I-95. It was an extremely scary experience. The technician who came to replace the tire also commented that it should have been better maintained. I understand that normal wear and overuse can happen, but I would expect trailers and tires to be thoroughly inspected before they leave the lot and again when they are returned.

Lorrenda TThis was the first and last time I ever rent a truck from U-Haul. I got ripped off by the movers we hired and then beat up by the price of renting a U-Haul truck. I never thought it would cost that much to rent a truck. Never again.
Mark NIt was 11 miles from my house. I had to leave my car there for a while and they were very accommodating until I could get a ride back. I had to call and extend my rental and they were very nice. Upon return, I got good service and the gentleman gave me a chair until my Uber driver arrived 20 minutes later. Highly recommend this location although it is a tight space and I am not accustomed to driving a truck so I was extra cautious.
