One of the best locations in the Pasadena, Glen Burnie area. Staff was very professional and helpful. Truck was very clean and well kept. Location was very clean and convenient. Pay no mind to the negative reviews for this location, sounds like from those reviews the customer didn’t do what they were supposed to do like clean the truck or complaining about parking. Parking is a convenience and not a service, parking provisions are not stated in the contract. Get a life people. I will definitely use this location and will recommend this location all day long. The rental was fine, but the app took waaay too long to check out - about 20 minutes - compared to less than 5 minutes when I've rented before without using the app. Checking the rental back in was a little better - about 10 minutes - but it held up the next person trying to rent the van. I will rent through u-haul again, but I won't use the app!

CHRIS WIt's too small of an area to have this many vehicles trying to navigate in and out. Most of my time at the location was spent waiting for other people to get out of the way. No fault if theirs, there was just no room to move around.
Mark VIt has some small leaves, cookie crumbs, and some dirt around but didn't think anything of it. After I brought it back I got charged a cleaning fee even though I received it in that shape. Customer service was no help.

PATRICK CWe were not happy to be charged a $50 cleaning fee. We rented the truck at 7:15pm and returned it at 11:00pm in 15 degree weather. There is salt on the roads from former snow event which got on our shoes and apparently they said the bed of the truck was white and they had to clean it. However we made sure it was swept out. How are we supposed to clean the white residue at 11pm in 15 degree weather? Unless we used wet wipes. Which we didn’t have. But to be charged $50 is ridiculous. I called to discuss and there was no discussion. They would not budge. We are a children’s theater company. Not like we have a huge budget and didn’t plan on the $50.
TIMOTHY KThe owner was argumentative with us after we stated to him certain items we requested were not in the truck. Trucks are raggedy and doors don’t shut properly, but they are charging for every little thing. I would not recommend them to anyone who values customer service and common courtesy. The owner told us he didn’t care that we were not satisfied so I want customers to know…😡

Then I get a email that says "An update to your order has been made. We have a reserved for you and guaranteed , at , returning , at . We are located at and our number is. If this does not work for you, please call us or reply at :; Sincerely No address, no number, nothing. So I show up at the original place and there is no truck. Now I have to drive to another place. I did not have a problem with the Pasadena Citgo. U Haul was the problem.

JOHN NEverything went well except that the rental had a broken 12V and 120V system. So I had no way to recharge my phone. I called for help, but when they transferred me to the correct department, my call was dropped. I didn't want to keep trying to call, because I needed my batter for GPS guidance. Other than that, it went well.

MATHEW KThe clerk is rude. The van hasnt been washed. I had to clean the windows and mirrors so I could see. The vehicle was/is parked on a curb on the corner in the grass at a main intersection were there is great potential for an accident. Upon returning the vehicle close to 15 hours early and getting my receipt was told that I wasn’t being credited back for time not used and that if I didn’t fold the blankets that I would be charged. When said I thought you might wash them the clerk laughed (HE LAUGHED) and say “oh no we, we dont was the blankets”. WHAT?!?! GROSS!!! Never Ever again!!!!

David CSeat belt light and bell tone kept coming on even though I was belted in. The truck should have had built in rings or other way to use and anchor ratchet straps for tie downs. How does a cargo truck not have that? The app wouldn't let me complete check in and kicked me out at the point of naming my emergency contact. I had to go inside the store after all. An overall average experience.
