I recently visited the U-Haul authorized dealer located at the Extended Stay Hotel, and unfortunately my experience was not good. Communication was very difficult, and it made the whole process stressful. The staff member I interacted with seemed unprepared and unprofessional, which caused confusion and delays. I recommend choosing a different U-Haul location if you want clearer communication and a smoother rental experience.
