Ask the customer if he would like to keep the equipment in the back. I had to take the truck back to the rental place and have it removed as it took up usable space. Also, if you were to bump it, it could easily pop the tags, making you liable for renting equipment you did not request. I did not even receive compensation for the mileage I used to return the equipment I did not want in the truck.
christopher bI was overcharged for my rental. They didn’t have the equipment I reserved but still charged me for it. The truck itself had a bad transmission, it did not switch gears properly. I had to drive doing 25mph everywhere. When tried to speak with the authorized agent in person they would not speak to me in person.
AMANDA AThe check in clerk was courteous and friendly, but made me do all the parking, having me reposition multiple times. As a customer, I want to drive up, tell you mileage and fuel, and leave…stop making me do you logistics. Further, this was not the drop off location I reserved. Stop making your customers do you logistics.
William BThis location was at an extended hotel. The initial person who assisted us did not speak English well. And the second person was not familiar with the equipment. It took longer than necessary to complete the return process.
