Service was nice but very slow. Staff was as somewhat friendly and not very informative. They never secured the hand dolly I rented to help with lifting. Heard it hitting inside the U-Haul as I drove away. Had to pull over and secure it to the inside of U-Haul truck.

Clean yes. Well maintained….well - It wasn’t obvious until I reached the loading location that the passenger side wheel strap itself was damaged. The tightening ratchets were difficult to operate. It appeared that a previous renter had cut the strap at ratchet to free the passenger side tire. This made that strap too short to go over the tire and through the ratchet. There is no way the renting location would have noticed this. — I had made the rental late in the day. I was forced to purchase a 6000 lb ratchet strap at a truck stop to make the system work. The strap was 1/2 again the cost of the rental and cost me about 2 hours to my hauling experience. —- I reported the defective strap to the drop off location so your next customer won’t have this surprise.

The truck was pretty dirty on the outside, but could be due to not having the time to get a bath yet . Overall I would lease again from this place .

Well, the place I got the trailer from was wonderful. The lady who rented to me very nice and explained everything very well. I am still unhappy that I reserved another car hauler the day before (online from a different location) and then got a text message that it was unavailable and "aplogy for the inconvenience". But I want to be clear that this has nothing to do with where I did pick up the rental.

There are 3 U-haul locations at my destination. However, I was not offered any of these locations for trailer drop-off. Instead, my choices were to drive about 25 miles or 50 miles. It’s unreasonable to require a customer to drive a long distance for equipment drop-off when there are local U-Haul locations available. I assume I was required to travel to a non-local facility so U-Haul can manage their inventory, but I, as the customer, should not be required to spend extra time and gas expense for U-Haul’s gain. I had already driven a far distance that day. I did an after-hours drop-off so I cannot accurately rate the personnel at the drop-off location. Facility hours are very limited.

I have no issues with this location , my issue is with the u haul scheduler who sent me outside of my choice which was in town two miles from the needed location to four miles one way from my needed location, when I asked about that she replied no trucks available but I spoke directly with the other place and they had the truck available and ready, they didn't understand why I was sent four miles outside of town and neither did I.

Our pickup was delayed through no fault of our own or the dealer. However, I was unable to get the lock open to get the key to my truck. The Uhaul rep I spoke with tried multiple times to reach the dealer, to no avail. She did, however, advise that we should be a little rough with the lock because it might be jammed due to the weather. I did go back to the pickup location after taking my toddler to a family member and basically banged on the lock until it opened.

There was no one there when i return the trailer even though the hours said was open the store was clearly closed .was not the easesy to unhook from my truck without help but i got it wasnt alot of room to park it did the best i could.

I just noticed that I was charged at 20 extra dollars on my debit card and I don’t understand why we filled the tank up and did not go over mileage.

I arrived during store hours and no one was there. The owner was very friendly and told me to just leave the trailer there, which was fine. However, had l needed help, it would have been20 minutes before she got back.

I had selected Bloomington,IN to be my drop-off location, but found out the day of that the location had been changed to Bedford,IN. The additional 40-minute drive added 20 miles to my mileage which I was then charged an additional $20 for.

This place was totally unprofessional. They didn't know what they were doing. Took an hour to check in.

To many trailers on the property. We had to move the car dollies to get the car hauler turned around with the truck we were towing it with. The lot needs to get some trailers moved off the property so people can pull in and turn the trailers around and back them in to unhook them. I was able to get unhooked but it took me way to long to get turned around.

I scheduled an after-hours pick up. When I arrived at the location, the U-haul app was not able to locate the location, which prevented me from checking in for my pick up. I had to wait 1 hour for customer service to open and fix the problem. Also, the truck was filthy, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and the 10 blankets Inordered where not there. The location did not answer their phone after hours, they open until noon, so I had not moving blankets. I had to call customer service to complete my truck check-in due to the fault in the location's GPS finder, and once again, the location was not open. NOTE: The right outside mirror on my rental randomly moved. Very dangerous!

Picked up tow dolly While loading car on dolly I found the strap tie down pipe weld was broken. I had un-load the car from the dolly. I dropped the dolly at another dealer. This caused a delay .

It was hard maneuvering in the small parking lot to return the trailer due to the big trucks in the way.
