The mobile check in process was not as easy as it could have been. Otherwise, all good.
Kay LThe location was excellent. The truck was excellent. My experience, however, was bad. The link that was texted did not open. I downloaded the app but it would not work either. I spent almost 30 minutes going back and forth between the two trying to get something to open so I could pick up the truck. I called and spent tons of time on hold before reaching a rep. The initial rep could not help and had to transfer me. I again was on hold. The phone experience was almost an hour in addition to the 30 minutes I had already invested. While both reps were extremely kind and professional, my moving help was only available for a short window. This created numerous other issues. Returning the truck was more of the same. I could not open the texted link, nor could I open the app. I was on hold 43 minutes before finally reaching a human to complete the drop off transaction.

Robert PThis was the only location in Bedford. So we were forced to drive out of our way to return the vehicle. And than charged for the extra milage.
