Have the uhaul in the expected pickup place instead of miles from where you were told. That's why you pick a location convenient to you. Also let the customer know sooner than the day before the location changes. This was very inconvenient and disappointing to say the least.

Julie GVery helpful. Had some issues with uhaul not having them listed in the system but they were able to get that fixed and I was able to return to this location. Above and beyond service from this location, they were so helpful. Definitely recommend them.
Tyler MPatchwork Gardens saved us however the box truck reservation at the Mitchell location was a screwed up mess. U-Haul made a reservation for a truck that was not available and moved my reservation date. Aside from the Kokomo UHaul, I have never had a UHaul reservation go smoothly. U-Haul has lost a customer!! Horrible experience once again
