Customer service was not great. The person I talked to was rude and I know it wasn’t just me thinking so, I had her on speaker and everyone in the room thought she was rude too and they will also not use the location.

Nikolas SThis was my first time using a fuel efficient vehicle and it seemed as if the truck was governed to stay under 35. It wasn't bad because I was local but for someone going long distance, it would probably be unpleasant
LaShundra PI had to drive to another town to pick up the truck, which was NOT the size I reserved, so the csr credited me with so many miles to offset the miles. Those disappeared, and all of a sudden I was charged with insurance, which I had declined. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Terry HWell i got double charged by u-haul bringing my account negative called them to ask why i was double charged. They looked into realized the mistake automatically gave me a refund and told me if i got charged an overdraft fee then to send them a picture of my bank statement and they would pay that back to me as well. Best customer service ive ever delt with for an issue or any kind of call center business. 10/10 recomend uhaul and if you have an issue they fix it right away!

Shomeka LLynn was excellent! Extremely helpful. Honest and up front with all the fees. She schooled us on the other mom & pop storage facilities that get you in an internet discount price and then raise the storage fee 3-6 months later. Not a good deal if you happen to be deployed and you can’t be there to move your belongings to another affordable facility. We were so impressed we rented storage space on the first look. I highly recommend this facility and any other Uhaul distributor to all the soldiers at Ft. Hood. Bill Scott
William sThe manager was rude and hang up on me on the phone when I explain to her I need a gasoline refund. The rep David who handles Copperas Cove Texas suppose to take care of the refund. When I got the uhual the gas gauge is pointing to 3/4 full; when I returned it I filled the truck to full. How can I get a credit for that gas. I need help. Please respond to me as soon as possible. Alphonzo RTop notch service from clerk. However, the Uhaul computer interface is maddening and caused us delay while clerk was wrestling with it. Don't you ever do any software training after you do an upgrade?

Jeremy HGot moved three times from requested pick up location, which was confusing. Especially because the email said the original location. Seems unfair I have to pay for miles if the location changes away from preferred (the change made the trip 5 miles longer). Location was great though. Lynn was very helpful.

Makala SAFTER we signed the agreement for the U-Haul, we were told that the truck "doesn't always start" and might need to be jumped to start. Not acceptable. If the truck has any issues, such as an extremely old battery (which was the case with us), the location should not offer the truck to customers.

CHRISTOPHER WUhaul representative at the issuing location advised me to add miles to the one way trip, just to be safe. I did need 11 more miles than the original estimate and agreed to add the miles because she said that I would be refunded the money for the miles I did not use. When i turned in the truck I was informed that one way trips are completely paid up front and there is no refund even though I turned in my truck 1 day early and only used 298/383 miles available. I will not be using uhaul again!!!
Alan SPersonnel there was helpful, but slow in working the computer for the drop-off transaction. Suggest speeding up the process. Also, wonder why I had to do a safety inspection on drop-of, but nothing shown to me on pick-up?
