The point is this! My pickup and drop off specific locations were excellent? However! The experience of dealing with U Haul over the phone and on the computer has been HORRIBLE! I reserved and confirmed a truck to drop off at a specific location, date and time "FACT!" However arriving at the specific location, date and time for drop off ,,, what do you know, "THE LOCATION WAS AN UNATTENDED STORAGE LOCATION!" I CALLED U HAUL AND IM YLTOLD TO DROP IT OFF AT DIFFERENT LOCATIO 45 MIN OUT OF MY WAY, ONE WAY! FURTHERMORE, I WAS TOLD TO DROP IT OFF AT A SPECIFIC "U HAUL" LOCATION. COME TO FIND OUT AFTER DRIVING AROUND FOR 30 MIN TO FIND THE "U HAUL' LOCATION THAT, IN FACT, IT WAS NOT A U HAUL LOCATION. IT WAS IN FACT A "PATRIOT STORAGE LOCATION AND HAD NO U HAUL SIGNAGE! I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL! THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PLACE I DROPPED OFF AT! IT IS THE FAULT OF U HAUL CORPORATE NOT BEING HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS AND THERE SETTING FALSE PROMISES & RESERVATIONS FOR LOCATION DATE, TIME AND AVAILABILITY!!! SHAME ON U HAUL! NOT THE FINAL PICK UP OR DROP OFFBLOCATIONS!

LAQUISHA MI had such a wonderful experience. This was the first time I’ve ever had to rent a U-Haul but the ladies there were absolutely amazing.
