I recieved my Ubox on time and with plenty of furniture pads, more than enough. I did have issues with tracking my Ubox and it getting delivered on time. One day I was told that my Ubox was in San Diego, in route, and in Indiana via phone calls and emails. It was frustrating not knowing where my Ubox was and when to expect it's arrival to make arrangements with the moving company. There was also issues with recharging my card after the box had arrived. I recomend not refunding someone until the box is returned and to refund the difference not the whole thing. I do not know why the system did not want to charge me the adjusted ammount after having had been refunded the original ammount. If someones box is 10 days late, wait till it arrives and just reffund the 50 dollars a day it is late, total 500. I think that would be more effecient the refunding and then recharging. I will say that my experience with the staff of Uhaul was great! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I thouroughly apreciated the customer service. I even had one lady talk to the trasportation crew instead of patching me through. I thought that this was extremely nice becuase I did not have to give all my information again and go through the whole process over. She did all of the work and it was probably easier and faster this way. I wish I could have written her a review.

This was not the location we were supposed to drop our truck. It was pre arranged to take our truck to the town we live in to a Uhaul rental place which was 1/2 mile from our house when we were done. When we got there we were told we couldn't leave the truck as this place at capacity. They were closed for the day and customer service couldn't do anything to help us other than direct us to take the truck over 20 miles over a 1/2 hour drive away for us one-way to drop it off. Very inconvenient and we were not happy customers. We were helped after the fact by an area representative who was very apologetic for all of your troubles. Uhaul really needs to get some continuity among its drop off / pickup places and stand behind what they say as far as that you can drop the truck or trailers at ANY location. We will probably never rent from them again.

Ordered my u-haul 10 days before. 24 hours before pickup I was told a different location which was an hour and a half drive. Was told I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. Now no one will give me the discount

My problem is with UHaul. I will likely never rent fro UHAUL again. I reserved a 20 ft truck to pick up at this location Not until a few days before pick up, I was notified to pick up at another location 15 miles away ((extra mileage paid by me). They refused to deliver truck to location I reserved...said was impossible. I was forced to take 15 foot they had on site and supplement with friends' trucks.. A few days later a 20 foot truck was at the location I requested. This will likely be my LAST RENTAL from UHAUL based solely on terrible UHUAL corporate customer service.

No one was there when I showed up to get the truck. The owner of the business did not pick up the phone when I called two numbers that I had for him. And he never call me back. I got my truck almost 2 hours late because I had to call U-Haul and try to find the owner, Which never happened. And the truck had ice all over it so it took about 20 minutes of letting the truck run to de-ice it.

Scheduled pickup was Sunday at 10:30am. I called them on Saturday at 11am and was told they are closed sundays. I said I can't make it there in by your noon close today. She told me someone would be there to take care of me. This was not true. The hair dresser lady next door was kind enough to get my information and clear it with the owners for me to take it. I drove 50 miles to get the trailer and no one was there. Took me over 3 hours of my Saturday to get it so that was very frustrating.

Was upset that put in reservation at least a week in advance for a 20ft truck and the day before pick up was called to confirm reseruption for 17ft truck. Ended up having to make a second trip that would have not been necessary, if had had the 20ft truck initially requested. Otherwise, had a good experience.

U-Haul System was down for over an hour. Went across the street to a bar until it was available again. Young girl was left to manage gas pumps, u-haul, convenience store and auto repair administration by herself. She had no help. She was frustrated, understandably. People were not very friendly or sympathetic at first. I received an apology from the young girl, but not from the manager when the system was back up and the truck available. They say the u-haul system goes down frequently. Sounds like u-haul corprate needs to upgrade their systems.

Got charged for uhaul being dirty but looked exactly like when I picked it up. Some trailer lights were also out making it a little unsafe. But the people were friendly I guess

Jeff at the Patriot Station was very friendly and his customer service superb and his communications excellent. He had my truck and car carrier ready on time and in excellent condition (and very clean). I had no troubles with the equipment on my move to PA. The 10 ft truck (towing a car) averaged ~ 13 mpg and was well beyond my expectations as well. I greatly appreciate the quality equipment and service that I received for my recent move to PA and would highly recommend the combination of equipment and service. I DO NOT THINK THE TRAILER HAD BEEN SERVICED SINCE NEW THE RATCHETS AND TRAILER COUPLING AND RAMP LATCHES WHERE ALL IN BAD NEED OF SOME LUBE AND SERVICE, I DO NOT THINK THIS WOULD HAVE WORKED FOR A PERSON WITH WEAKER HANDS. I HAD TO STRUGGLE WITH THEM.

When I went on-line to order a trailer for 6 weekends I put down The Patriot Station in Mariah Hill. Well the first weekend I ended up in Jasper which was 25 miles each way out of my way. Then I printed off all my confirmations slips and it said the remaining rentals were for The Patriot Station. So this last weekend I went to Mariah Hill to pick up and they didn't have it. I went back on line to check and it was scheduled to pick up at 12:00 in Tell City. Well that is impossible as I wanted to pick it up after 5:00. I was pretty much stuck because Tell City was closed, the Jasper location was closed. I had to rent a truck which meant I had to pay for milage. I bought a new vehicle this year and had a U-Haul approved tow package put on my SUV. Instead of paying $50 I ended paying $227. I told the person from U-Haul I wanted to file a formal compaint. I have not heard anything from anyone. You people have the market on rentals so I am basically screwed and have to order from you. I am renting a "Trailer" for another 4 weekends. I am hoping you get the 6X12 trailer delivered to Mariah Hill for my remaining rentals. I will also watch my email closer as I can't have this happen again. I don't know too many people that can expect to pay $50 but end up paying $227.
