The vehicle should be cleaned and the gas tank full. There was no protocol for the customer to go to to pick up the keys. There was no signage to indicate that U-Haul was available to the customer. To have someone to speak to over the phone to complete. The transaction is not customer service nor that I was given the opportunity on the return of the truck to choose another form of payment since no one who I went to spoke English, nor did I dealt with a decision-maker involving that. I prefer to deal with a U-Haul dealer directly.
