This was an empty building with a for sale sign in front. There was a U Haul sign there so I knew it was the right address. There was nobody there to help. I called the number on the rental agreement and got Paul who said to drop the trailer off in the back of the building. The trailer had gotten stuck to the towing ball and would not come off. I finally had to get the car jack out, find a couple of concrete blocks in the yard and jack the trailer off the ball. Terrible experience. I wish you had a rating for this location that fits, poor is a compliment.
