matt at thd salem ave in dayton location was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. He was not very helpful or friendly. He lied and didnt want to even wait on me. The whole experience with him and at this location was horrible. And i definitely will not be back and will not recommend this location or company to anyone.

Customer service at the physical Salem location was excellent, however, the customer service phone line where I put in my order was subpar. Little did I know that information I was given was erroneous. Once I had gotten to the Salem location, Michael, tried his best to make up for the mistakes that had been made when I made my reservation for the equipment on the Uhaul customer service line. In the future, if I need to rent from Uhaul again, I will rent from the actual physical location. I refuse to deal with the Uhaul customer service line.

Store manager was the one working. Didn't even do a walk around or make sure I knew where the truck was, headlights, anything like that at all. Was rude, never got my confirmation call the day before. I was a little bit late to my original time, which I could have notified had I received my call, was 30 mins late. Stood there for another 10 waiting on him to come in from outside and then there was a customer ahead of me. So he said since I was an hour late (I wasn't) he had rented my truck out so I had to wait for him to check in another truck first. Had there been ANY other customer service people working, and I hadn't had to wait over 30 mins from the time I walked in, I would have only been 30 mins late. AND I could have told them that HAD I received my confirmation call the day before like I requested when I made my reservation online

There’s nothing that u guys can improve on Michael and Mathews where totally awesome took care of me with a smile and went beyond to make sure I had everything from the usual truck to a great storage space that fit all my needs and things. Thanku guys so much keep up the great work Michael and Matthew!!!! U guys deserve a big bonus !!!!! They had exceptional customer service and where great!

Having to used the internet to return the truck was not a good experience for me. I think you all should let a person know when they call that you need a smart phone. Everyone does not know how to go on the internet and do stuff. It might be a better way to return the truck but it wasn't for me.

Made a reservation online, arrived 10 minutes earlier than that time. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to even get customer service. You all really need to have a line for people who reserved online or mire computers. Then went to drop it off and had to stand in line another 25 minutes just to drop it off. This is bad customer service.

I made a change to my rental while I had it and the customer service rep did not fully explain to me what would happen if I extended the rental for an hour. She took payment right over the phone so I wouldn't be charged additionally since I was returning the truck later. When I looked at my account there were two separate charges. I called back to get an explanation and a different rep could not explain the second charge and said she would refer me a manager and that the manager would call me back. I never received a call back and upon returning the truck the general manager happened to still be at the store and he finally explained it to me. He also stated that he never got a message about the situation and that was disappointing.
