First the app on my phone didn't allow me to access information to do check in without the store being open. It may be because my phone isn't up to date but we were able to drop off using my daughter's phone. The person who assisted me was grumpy and commented how he should have called in sick and hated working Sunday because it was busy upon opening. He also dropped the F bomb twice.

Janet SFirst i made a reservation for a uhaul n used my card. I went to pick up the truck tday and they needed a zip code. The zip code didn’t go through so my son used his card now I have to call uhaul and get my money back. Terrible service

Randy SI reached the location and could not unlock the #1, lock box. The vehicle was located on the opposite side of the lock box, which was on the other side of the store, I am elderly with mobility issues and had to walk the perimeter twice. My code did not release after contacting Uhaul and following the app. It took over 1:and 15 minutes to retrieve the keys to drive the truck.. I was very upset, cold and disappointed with this uhaul provider Please consider a reduction in the cost of this truck rental.. I was very disappointed in Paxton services… I will definitely not be using the services or referring anyone for this location. Totally disappointed with Paxton services. It was a last minute rental, since Rantoul Hardware did not have a rental available. Sincerely,
Janet LWhen picking up the truck, would have liked a hard copy of the rental agreement. Does not show up, or is very readable on the cell phone.

Sauminkumar pLocation was aware of a broken light prior to rental. Did nothing. Rented the trailer and told us to call roadside. Unacceptable.

Kathy RThis location was fine. My only complaint is I rented it over a week ago from another location and you wait until the day before I need it to tell me You don’t have the vehicle. My move was the next day. I’m the only driver in my house. And I was at work, and had to figure it out. Because of this I will never rent from you again. I was pissed and called customer service and got no help.
