They scam people by giving less than half fuel tank and charge for full fuel tank on return. Never recommend uhaul there are many more truck rentals will try others
KHUSHAL CKeep the truck clean. There was a pack of water bottles, empty water bottle and fries laying around. In the back, there were artificial flowers on the floor.
Khayam AThe vehicle was dirty front and back with garbage from previous customer in it. The A/C didn't work and the windshield wipers were ineffective. The rolling rear door was difficult to lock My pickup location was changed the night before pickup which prevented me from finding a different rental company. I will not be using or recommending uhaul in the future.
AGA KIt was 32 degrees outside and the truck I got does not have an operational air condtion, thats the reason my experience was shit. It was terrible, I am never picking up a uhaul from such location.

manvinder sWe tried the curb side pickup but that did not work as no vehicle was assigned to this order. Then we waited 2 hours for the store to open as your 1-800 number team said they had the keys. When they did open there were multiple customers want the same truck. So we got a 10 foot truck not that 15 foot we ordered. This was not big enough and we has to use a few SUVs to complete the move. Overall not a good experience.

Gurwinder SBetter upfront communication. Was just given a key and shown the truck. Did not see charges until later in an email, and could not discuss. Very frustrating. Now 30 minutes later and I still do not know full charge.
shane sThis location is really a multi business location and doesn't serve Uhaul customers exclusively. Their main interests are loans, etc. I had to wait 20 minutes when I returned the van. Very bad- never again. Also, I had to put $45 gas for 24 KM driven. Seems very excessive

I aksed if has 9 feet truck available and can give me same price he said no first. I called uhaul and then while Inwas on call he gave me same price. And I ordered supplies for move and they are being shipped to deliver on Monday after my moving is done.

Harshdeep SFirst of all my pick up was for 2 PM, it was changed to 4:30 PM and a different location with only 30 minutes notice before pickup time. I had to change my entire moving plans to make this work. While returning the equipment, the app kicked me out while taking pictures of the equipment and did not let me log back in to continue. I called customer service and they confirmed that the return was successful without pictures and advised to keep my photos until the agreement is settled. I was then advised to drop off my key in the drop box. There was no drop box available to drop off my keys so I called customer service for a second time. They told me that there was no drop box at this location and I will have to return tomorrow to return the key. I now have to drive 120km after my move back to this location to return a key because no one is relaying proper information to customers This was definitely not an easy or convenient service and I am extremely dissatisfied and annoyed with the lack of clarity, delay in responses, and disorganization that is now going to cost me even more money and time in an already expensive and time consuming move.

Amandeep SThis location mandates you to take the SAFE MOVE option on your booking without your consent. Not only that, but the representative at this location won’t even inform you that they are adding the Safe Move option worth $15 on your rental. You need to figure out on your own when they hand over the final receipt at the time of your vehicle return. On asking for a refund they will say “Now nothing can be done. Sorry. You contact the U-haul customer service and try asking for refund”. So now after you are exhausted moving for the entire day - Now fight for the refund money for the option which you never even opted for at the first place. It’s your headache now not theirs !

Zahra AUhaul truck fuel tank was not full. When I finish my work at end of my trip, I full the fuel tank and told to payday loan guy that person who used last he didn’t fuel fully but I fuel the full tank. He told me why you fuel the tank. It’s disgusting.

ERNESTO CHad requested a mobile pick up for 9am and it hadn’t been processed properly and had to wait until 10am for the store to open. The store opened 10mins late and the worker was on a personal call the whole time he was assisting me. I had booked for 4 hours but was told I only had 3 hours with the van. Not very happy with the customer service and the time wasted.

The representative didn’t took it seriously just felt sorry for that but if some thing happens on highway who would had take the responsibility. When we told agent he just said u can file a complaint nothing else i need some compensation for such a bad experience with u guys.

ROHIT SLocation owner said they can't accept the truck after 9pm as they close their shop and they don't have key drop box outside. So I had to come in the morning to drop the truck and due to this I got charged for 2 days.

AMANDEEP KTruck wasn't clean. Gas was at 3/4 full when I believe it should be at 100% full. System generated incorrect information thus projecting an inflated price, which was extremely incorrect. Also, I got charged for safe insurance(15 dollars) when it wasn't selected.
DANFORD RLoud, rude loan customers in the store while trying to get contract signed, not wearing masks or being encouraged to wear masks correctly by merchant. We could barely here the merchant due to this customer and had to have him repeat things constantly. We had also originally set the pickup for mobile but still had to go into the store to get the vehicle anyways. The process ended up being very slow due to poor instructions by the merchant as well as the other customers is the store that the merchant did nothing about. Over all the experience was very not enjoyable and would not recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul.
