Loud, rude loan customers in the store while trying to get contract signed, not wearing masks or being encouraged to wear masks correctly by merchant. We could barely here the merchant due to this customer and had to have him repeat things constantly. We had also originally set the pickup for mobile but still had to go into the store to get the vehicle anyways. The process ended up being very slow due to poor instructions by the merchant as well as the other customers is the store that the merchant did nothing about. Over all the experience was very not enjoyable and would not recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul.

Booked vehicle for 8:30 on night at nearest location and it intentionally moved to far away location because I enter less KM by mistake. And getting call for location change just 1 hour before pick up. Service was so slow at that location suppose to pick up at 10:00 but there machines were not working cards were not accepted got keys @10:30. Dirty and smelly vehicles. No boards were taken away from front glass and moreover A4 size papers for money gram displayed. Worst experience with U-haul company and super worst location.
