Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Insurance was added to my contract without my knowledge or consent, and I was never asked whether I wanted to purchase it. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times before and have always been given the option to accept or decline coverage. I also noticed that the fuel level recorded on the contract was incorrect and had to ask for it to be corrected. I only used the truck for about 4 hours, but when I returned it, I was charged for insurance that I never agreed to purchase. Only after I complained was I offered a small discount. This experience was very bad and has led me to file a formal complaint with U-Haul. U-Haul has always been professional in my previous rentals, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Customers should carefully review all charges and documents before signing. I would not recommend this location.

Aikaspreet SToo expensive I just drove 5 mi. They charged me $10 for gas. It's not carrying V8 or V12 engine. Get little bit fair with things. I would try to avoid uhaul for moving
