Why is it so expensive for the miles you drive?? I was encouraged to use it longer but after seeing my bill I'm just glad I didnt.

Whomever was working in the morning, an older, Hispanic man, was HORRIBLE. I asked for an oil change while I had the truck and left my car there. He. Didn't. Know. How. To. Read. The. Sticker. On. The. Windshield. From. My. Prior. Oil. Change! Then, he couldn't figure out how to open the hood, so he gave the car back to me. When I arrived, I had questions about my rental, the office was open, but no one was at the desk. I waited 15 minutes for him to come out of the bathroom. All of this made me late for my appointment, and I really wanted and needed the oil change!!! NEVER going back, and I frequently have the need to rent trucks and vans. Will never use Hertz again. The entire process was inconvenient and expensive.

i was supposed to pick up our equipment at 9am using the phone app. No one checked in our truck when it was dropped off on Saturday so it wasn't assigned to me for pick up. I called your service number and they couldn't remotely fix my problem. I had to wait until they opened at 10am to pick up our truck. The person at the counter didn't know how to fix the issue so he had to call the owner. I didn't get my truck until 10:30am while my movers were waiting at the house doing nothing since 10am. I'm disgusted with this service.

Wet difficult to find. No signs stating it was a uhaul drop off location. The gentleman that helped was very nice. But had no idea I was even dropping the truck off.

Staff at location was not properly trained. It took 60 mins and several phone calls to customer service while standing on the road to get the keys. The store had the key all along with them but did. It give it right away and kept asking for key code.

The person checking out the equipment was helpful Slow: even though I checked in online before picking up the equipment, it took a very long time to work through the steps on the Uhaul software. I notice the software is not user friendly at many locations. Cramped space: difficult to get the trailer out of the parking space and lot

RAFAEL Payless Oil Express was very helpful from check in time til I drove out. If you want to improve every customers experience then do something about the attitudes of those working at the Uhaul store at Oakton and Mt. Prospect Rd. In Des Plaines. They act like you are doing them a favor.

We dropped off after hours. It was difficult to know if we were at the right location. The address was listed and there was a U-haul sticker on the door however the name of the business, as listed on the paperwork, does not appear anywhere.

Don’t understand why this location was shown as available for my original desired pick up time of 7am on 2/4/18 when they can’t do that. It was very inconvenient for me to go on 2/3/18 instead also because they changed it shouldn’t I receive a $50 credit?

Attendent at this location (Rafael) was extremely rude. He was argumentative and wanted to hit me with extra charges because he said I returned the truck with the incorrect amount of gas 3/4 tank and I returned with 7/8 which was almost full. I had two other people waiting for service look at the fuel gage and corroborated that I was right. Obviously this attendant does not know how to read the fuel gage. He proceeded to insult me multiple times ( mother F.. Piece of Shi.. fu... ) Never been treated like this before. Not only was he trying to swindle me out of money but also insulted me like I owed him a million dollars. The worst experience ever I had with a Uhal rental. I will never recommend to anyone to rent a truck from this location. Not worth the hassle.

People were friendly and helpful but this is a car repair shop and somewhat lacks the equipment rental expertise that we've come to expect from U-haul. Use of equipment explanations were brief but I was able to get the job done.

Make your location more noticeable from the street. Was a little hard to find. No lights or obvious signs to help see the place

The truck is in very bad condition not only for the interior but also mechanically. Paid online for a 4 wheel flat dolly but was given a utility dolly which I had no use for my moving purposes. Would never use this place again and wouldn't recommend to any friends.

It took nearly 1 hr and 30 min to get out of there, also the U-haul rep never asked me if I needed to rent equipment to realize that this location wasn't the right one and at the location the people there they didn't ask me if I wanted to add the insurance, they just did it. I was going to get anyhow but, they should 've asked and they didn't do the inspection with me they told me look around and when I came back to tell them what I saw, they said it ok we about it. In resume very unprofessional and time consuming.
