Ivory GIt was disconcerting when U-Haul changed my pickup location. I didn't like that. However, it worked out okay because I called the location to explain that I was coming from three states away and couldn't pick up by their closing time of 1 p.m. She called you and arranged for an after hours pick up which is what I had originally scheduled.
