Terrible! They (the office)were closed on a random Saturday. Edwardsville isn't a big enough town for that. They have the do it yourself process and the truck is in the woods so imagine being out there mosquitoes and humidity trying to get the combination open to get the key. Get someone in that office for your time off. Hire someone. Insane to be closed on any Saturday unless it's a holiday. Took me 4 hours to finally get customer service to properly assist. Worst Uhaul location ever.
Yvonda DI was double charged, I took pictures and everything, fuel tank over full and they wanna mark me down for 3/4 tank. I would like some answers... playing with my money is not cool.... I put $20in the truck and even called at 430pm to make sure the manager grabbed the keys... low and behold something happens where I get overcharged.... make it make sense

Ron SThe truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke and the cargo area was not swept clean.
BRIAN PWhen I called the location, it went straight to voicemail and did not identify who I was calling with their outgoing message, and when they called me back, they did not identify themselves. Also had major issues unlocking the box to retrieve the key for my rental and helping me with the app. BTW the Uhaul app is the worst ever, never again will I use it, not the locations fault.
