When I called the location, it went straight to voicemail and did not identify who I was calling with their outgoing message, and when they called me back, they did not identify themselves. Also had major issues unlocking the box to retrieve the key for my rental and helping me with the app. BTW the Uhaul app is the worst ever, never again will I use it, not the locations fault.
