The male employee was rude and service was not kind.
Kyle OThe gas charge of 19 dollars was charged. The van was not full and I filled it past where it was when I dropped it off. The van was also only used for 1 versus two hours. So the mileage doesn't make sense.

TODD CService was unfriendly and unresponsive. The truck had a check engine light that came on. Fortunately was only for a short trip but could have been bad news for someone who was going much further. If equipment is not safe for use it shouldn't be in service.
Armin AIt was raining. It was cold and I was moving. I got to the location. I was having issues with the check-in on my phone because of the service in that area more to that I went up to the establishment knocked on the door, which was locked during business hours I’m going to assume she was an African lady. I asked her for help and she was very rude and dismissive because of mutual cultural background. I chose peace. It could’ve been an emergency. It could’ve been anything but a little kindness and being a little bit more informative would’ve went a long way. She was very dismissive and telling me she couldn’t do anything about it in a very, very, very rude tone I did not appreciate that knowing the kind of day I was having nevertheless the truck was dirty and he had the check engine light on, and the instructions are very vague from the contractual person for U-Haul. Very dissatisfied with a transaction that should’ve been simple. I have done this before in the other location in Laurel off of route one very very tacky. We need to do better and treat one another with compassion, especially in a professional environment.
Serena BStop being so stuck up and rude when speaking to customers, him and the lady in the office,some reason when he sends mean link to download my license the link it always says expired which in return he will do it from his phone, this time his response was I can't do it for you Everytime you come in here, my response was your right and I don't have to come here every time, 'I've rented from this location I'm sure 5 times within the last 8 months, even the female I guess his wife watches me like security

CHAYNE JWe do not select for the coverage online and also mention we do not want to purchase it in person when the guy asked. End up it still on our bill and notify us when it’s past due. 🙄 so be careful!!!!

Brahim IEnsure that all paid requested items and materials are located within the U-haul. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere and rent moving blankets and dollies, as they were not provided as requested. This was a major inconvenience, as it hindered and delayed my moving process and extended the movers time. That, in turn, caused me more money as they were paid hourly.

ADOLFO EThe manager at this location added insurance onto my bill said he asked me about the insurance. I told him that wasn't the truth because my auto insurance covers rentals. I had to call corporate to have it refunded.

CONSTANCE HMan working there accused me of losing a hub cap on the vehicle. He did not do a walk around inspection with me when I picked up the vehicle. I explained to him that the vehicle did not have a hub cap on the front tire when I picked it up. He was rude, I got tired of trying to explain to him, so I left. I will never rent from him again,

Anika HDo not use this U-Haul under any means. I was left stranded in the cold on the side of the highway waiting for help for hours after my truck broke down. My move was ruined and left unfinished because of how long it took them to come by and fix it, getting what little I could inside because by the time I finally got to my apartment, it was dark. To add insult to injury, Uhaul offered me 23 dollars off of my 115$ order and a voucher to use another truck for free (which I never got) as compensation.
