The engine light was on .. I called to see if I can come get the truck early paid for an uber to get there and was told oh I have a smaller truck you can take.. no apologies!!!!
Shaketa RTruck had extensive mileage on it, requires maintenance and was beyond over priced for the service offered. Absolutely appalled to be paying more than $200 for a truck rental and the engine sounds like it could give out any moment.
Connor DI waited for a while to see if someone would be there. After about 20 minutes I realized I had to check in electronically. Putting something on the door to remind renters to do that would be good.
