When I went to pick up my U-Haul truck the people that I dealt with were rude to me, they didn't explain the 24hr U-Haul share thing to me, and since nothing was explained to me, and no one was at the place when I picked up the U-Haul the lady that I spoke to told me to do whatever on my phone and then take the truck. The next morning she calls me for something she didn't realize was her fault and told me that U-Haul was gonna report my truck stolen. Overall experience 4/10

Please train employees in system usage. Also improve load balancing across uhaul web servers to avoid extreme lag during high usage times (end of the month). Trailer had a leak somewhere and my bed got wet.

The girl that hooked up the trailer did a great job of explaining to me how everything works I would definitely go back again just because of the service that she provided very friendly very accommodating all around great experience

Secretary had a lot of computer problems- not her fault but slowed things down. The truck had 1/4 tank of gas. Worker said truck would only get about 20 miles to quarter tank. I had approximately 60-65 miles to drive before returning so I filled tank- cost me $60. We only used maybe 1/4 tank so left it with 3/4 tank. I was definitely misled & this cost me a bunch of money. Just got divorced-relocated not happy about putting out that much extra money!

The rep on site wasn't properly trained and unable to assist me. Even after making reservations online, rental of a two-wheel car dolley problematic. The rep was nice and cordial but lacked the right training to do her job. My experience was too complicated and difficult, especially considering that I've rented from Uhaul several times before.

Storage unit with U Haul. Person at the desk was not trained with U Haul. Time of pick up was 9 AM. Owner did not get there unit 9:50. She rushed to get the order complete. Once complete she jumped into a jeep with someone and left. This is not how you run a business. I will not rent from this location again.

Jessica your sales attendant was above and beyond what a customer could have asked for. She was the best representation for U-Haul that I have ever experienced. She waited over an hour for us to get there due to bad weather. She didn't have to do that but she did it with a smile. Outstanding Service.
